They exhibited an increase in the frequency of spontaneous chromosomal rearrangements when compared to controls, however, the difference showing only a borderline significance (p = 0.067) (Supplementary Table S3 ).
The same effect has been observed within each of the two groups (GHD and CS), although the effect did only reach borderline significance (ANOVA p = 0.067 in GHD, p = 0.045 in CS).
There was a trend towards significance between NON and HEM ( p = 0.067), whereas the difference in blood glucose between HEM and HOM mice was nonsignificant ( p = 0.22).
Studies conducted in Central-South America showed a trend for weaker association compared to other areas; one with no association 48 , one with approaching significance level (p = 0.067) 54 , and one with disappearance of significance after adjustment with confounders 40 in 5 studies.
There was a marginally significant association between each 1.00 logMAR unit decrease of pre-operative VA and the need for GDD implantation (HR 1.82, p = 0.067).
AVR was not associated with chronological age in women and men separately but each year increase in age for the total population showed a negative trend of −0.0005 (95%CI: −0.001 to 0.000, P = 0.067) in the AVR.
Furthermore, the interaction of stimulus, task, and group reached significance for the frontal area ( F 1, 50 = 5.001, P = 0.030, η 2 = 0.091) and central area ( F 1, 50 = 4.537, P = 0.038, η 2 = 0.083), and marginal significance for the occipital area ( F 1, 50 = 3.515, P = 0.067, η 2 = 0.066).
We would like to note that despite the absence of significant effects in the AAV5 group, there appears to be a non-significant, but strong tendency to reach an early effect at the 30- and 60-min time points, where both ANOVA and post-hoc tests yielded near-significant results (Fig. 3 E; ANOVA 30 min: F 3,12 = 3.102, p = 0.067; Post-hoc Tukey HSD test DCZ 100 μg/kg vs.

Collagen deposition was not significantly different in the mirabegron-treated CKD group as compared to the sham-operated group; however, it showed a trend toward a decrease as compared to the CKD group (p = 0.067) (Fig. 4 e,f).
For tilt magnitudes, there was a marginal trend between large (M = 520 ms, SD = 94 ms) and small (M = 558 ms, SD = 133 ms) tilt offsets (t(7) = − 2.177, p = 0.067, d = 0.770).
