Haplotype Analysis for Candidate Genes We screened potential candidate genes for cold tolerance when they met at least one of the following criteria: (1) We would match the genes with extremely significant as-sociation SNPs ( p -value < 1/N) in each characteristic (the downstream genes are selected if the SNP is located between the genes) as important candidate genes; (2) The funRiceGenes database [ 24 ] and the Nipponbare reference genome IRGSP 1.0 [ 25 ] were used to locate genes with abiotic stress-related functional annotations.
Analysis of S 1 rate values points to the existence of a strong trend for increased rates, yet it is positive using search.trend (slope = 1056.07, p = 1), but negative under the Brownian motion model (AIC BMT = −13423.167, slope = −548.20, LRT p-value < 0.001, Table 2 ).
Among other nutritional assessment methods, the univariate analysis showed a trend toward an increased risk of malnutrition in patients and reduced ADL by CONUT (OR 1.22, CI 0.28–2.56, p = 1.000), while the multivariate analysis showed a decreased risk for reduced ADL, possibly due to confounding variables (OR 0.42, CI 0.04–4.74, p = 0.484).
The analysis of variance revealed that both weeks (F(7,110) = 31.14, p < 0.05) and treatments (F(6,110) = 708.43, p < 0.05) had highly significant effects on diet consumption, whereas the interaction between weeks and treatments (F(42,110) = 0.27, p = 1.00) was not significant ( Table 2 ).
Although a decreasing trend was observed, no significant pre–post or post–follow-up changes were detected in either sex (all p = 1.000), and no differences were found compared with control groups (all p = 1.000).
The interaction between control*region showed borderline significance for specificity (Sensitivity: LR test χ 2 = − 0.02, p = 1.00; Specificity: LR test χ 2 = 3.48, p = 0.06).
As shown in Figure 5A , both sets have similar FIMO score ranges, but the nestedIDR‐specific set contains a higher proportion of peaks with highly significant FIMO matches (e.g., 39.52% of nestedIDR‐specific peaks have p < 1 0 − 6 , vs. 30.70% in the IDR‐specific set), suggesting stronger biological relevance.
Notably, the contour funnel plot revealed a borderline significant change in the muscle mass in the patients who received an SGLT2 inhibitor in five studies (0.1 < p ≤ 1.0), whereas significant reductions were observed in two studies (0.05 < p ≤ 0.1 and 0.01 < p ≤ 0.05, respectively) (Figure 3b ).
Comparison of the number of variants in CNV14q12 seen in CML patients with and without a der(9) deletion showed a slight trend but no statistical difference in the frequency of the CNV14q12 variation in the presence of a der(9) deletion (p ≤ 1).
50%, P = 0.15), but such a marginal significance was not disclosed in the adult mice (30% vs. 30%, P = 1.00).
Moreover, when compared with uptake at 2 weeks post-MI, 111 In-GSAO uptake showed a trend of decline at 4 weeks (n = 6, infarct 0.28 ± 0.09%ID/g, P = 1.0; remote 0.22 ± 0.04%ID/g, P = 1.0, Fig 6 ) and 12 weeks (n = 8, infarct: 0.19 ± 0.07%ID/g, P = 0.332; remote: 0.15% ± 0.1%ID/g, P = 1.0, Fig 6 ) although differences were not statistically significant.
