The summary data showed that the association with the concurrent presence of the three antibodies was highly significant (Fig. 1C , 3 Ab vs . 0 Ab: OR = 2.00, p = 4.4 ×10 −16 , I 2 = 17%), and significantly stronger than the observed with the patients carrying two antibodies when directly compared (3 Ab vs . 2 Ab: OR = 1.54, 95% CI 1.29–1.84, p = 1.4 ×10 −6 , I 2 = 12%).
Furthermore, the association estimated by the IVW method was markedly significant after correction for one outlier variant detected by MR-PRESSO test (OR = 0.46, 95% CI: 0.38–0.55, p = 4.89 × 10 − 16 ).
We observed a highly significant correlation of R = 0.66 ( P ‐value = 5 × 10 −16 ) for the 115 markers represented by the grey (non‐replicating) and orange (replicating) dots.
This functional pathway analysis is highly significant with p < 5 × 10 −16 . 3.
The association of HERC2 and SLC24A5 with eye color is also apparent in individuals who do not have blue or green eyes: In the subset of 592 Cape Verdeans whose T-index >0.15 ( Figure 1 , Figure 2 ), both loci remain highly significant ( HERC2 rs12913832, P = 5.23×10 −16 ; and SLC24A5 rs2470102, P = 1.12×10 −10 ), indicating that variation at these loci affects different shades of brown eye color.
This association of mimps with SIX gene promoters is highly significant (chi-square test p = 5.25E-16 for association by chance of mimps with the six known SIX genes on the Fol4287 pathogenicity chromosome).
Against a background of 19,297 protein-coding genes, this corresponds to a highly significant enrichment (hypergeometric test p-value = 5.9×10 −16 ).
This revealed marked and highly significant reductions in total dendrite length in both apical (p=6.02×10 −16 ) and basal (p=4.75×10 −14 ) compartments of Cd40 -/- mice compared with Cd40 +/+ littermates ( Figure 1C ).
In addition, there was the fourth cluster: (4) "Response to chemical and xenobiotic stimulus, drug metabolism", including the highly significant pathway "Drug metabolism–cytochrome p-450" ( p < 6.25e−16) containing cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYP2C, CYP3A, CYP26, UGT, GSTs).

We also found highly significant negative correlations of tumor purity with both immune scores (Pearson r = −0.988, P-value = 6.42 × 10 −16 ) and stromal scores (Pearson r = −0.917, P-value = 1.36 × 10 −8 ).
