Also in the fully adjusted model, a trend towards significance was seen for longer CLT with higher S100B levels ( p < 0.06, d = 0.19).
After including household exposures (Model 2, Table 7 ), older age (OR 8.2, 95% CI 1.62–41.4 for 8–11 year olds compared to 0–3 year olds) remained associated with increased odds, and households with soy bean crops (OR 0.035, 95% CI 0.0036–0.35) had substantially lower odds, but households with peanut crops had higher odds, though with marginal significance (p = 0.06).
Analysis of these data confirms that the tumor burden in the trastuzumab only group was significantly greater (p = 0.04) than that of the trastuzumab + FUS + MBs group (mean tumor volume = 25 ± 17 mm 3 vs 8 ± 5 mm 3 ), and near significance (p = 0.06) was observed between the trastuzumab + FUS + MBs group and the control group (24 ± 7 mm 3 ).
5B ) revealed a strong trend decrease in density of cones in the spaceflight mice (950 counts/mm 2 ) compared to ground control group that had an average of 1199 counts/mm 2 (p = 0.06).
The main effect of turns (mean for 3 turns is 50.4, and mean for 4 turns is 47.9) fell just short of significance, F (1.00, 44.00) = 3.74, p = 0.060, GES = 0.004, and the interaction between the two factors was not significant either, F (4.00,176.00) = 1.15, p < 0.337, GES = 0.008.
1c , Table 2 ; at the limit of significance in the case of DS, p = 0.06).
The analysis of finasteride’s effects on DHP revealed a statistical trend for a reduction in DHP levels in both wild type and D1CT-7 mice [F(1,20) = 4.05, P = 0.06] (Fig. 5B ).
6 ), and the correlation between them was negative and marginally significant (r = − 0.25, p = 0.06).
The difference in physical role was the only marginally significant ( P = 0.06) with slight improvement in SA group (15, 95%CI, − 1–30).
There was a marginally significant Group × Cue Validity interaction for P100 latencies, F (2, 53) = 2.92, p = 0.06, η P 2 = 0.10.

Mean insulin in the ChAT-ChR2 group was higher, but with borderline significance (+ 84%, p = 0.06) compared to the WT controls following laser stimulation (Fig. 1 E).

Furthermore, Inosine Monophosphate Dehydrogenase 2 (IMPDH2) showed a trend towards downregulation in obese monocytes (p = 0.06).
In males, although not quite statistically significant, an exposure effect was suggested for number of open arm entries (F (3, 58) = 2.617, p = 0.06; η 2 = 0.12; Fig. 6A ).
Remarkably, a clear trend of modulation by ESR1 was observed ( = 0.10, 0.17, and 0.12; P = 0.06, 0.008, and 0.03; Supplementary Table S7 ).
We also found a two-way interaction between distribution and PPN ( p < .001, η p 2 = 0.04), but the three-way interaction involving sex was only marginally significant ( p = .06, η p 2 < 0.01).
A borderline significant effect was found for the factor Hemisphere [F1,15 = 3.90, p = 0.06, ηp 2 = 0.20] and for the interaction between Display Type and Hemisphere [F2,30 = 3.06, p = 0.06, ηp 2 = 0.16].

Although insulin levels showed a trend toward reduction, the difference was not statistically significant ( p = 0.06).

Spearman analysis showed a trend ( P = 0.06) to associate secondary infection with IL-6 (r = 0.76) and BUN (r = 0.76) (see Supplementary Table 2 ).

The differences between C-MHE and C-NMHE patients in CVLT total learning remain significant; there is a trend toward significance (p = 0.06) on delayed recall when comparing C-MHE and C-NMHE patients, probably due to the lower number of patients in this sample, reaching significance when more number of patients are included, as shown in Table 1 .
For extension, an increasing trend was noted (from 54.80° ± 10.58 to 59.87° ± 4.61; p = 0.06), although the difference did not reach statistical significance.
Moreover, we found a marginally significant difference in cortisol levels between T1 and T3, t (152) = 2.84, p = 0.06, r = 0.22 with a larger effect for the humor group compared to the control one (2.0 and 0.38 respectively).
