Although none of the turns showed a statistically significant difference in the SM area ( Fig 5C ), we observed a trend toward significance in the apical turn with a large effect size (two-way ANOVA, interaction: F (2, 24) = 0.72, p = 0.50; Šidák post hoc test: p = 0.052, Cohen d = 2.05).
There was no statistically detectable relationship between time-attacking and egg mass ( P >0.40); however, the data followed a similar pattern, no relationship in 2009 and a negative trend in 2010 ( Figure 2 ), (2009: P >0.50; 2010: R 2 = 0.23, P = 0.1179).
The association of age with bone injuries, using the ANOVA procedure, was marginally significant, while no such association existed between age and soft tissue injuries (p = 0.502).
Analyses using substantive attempt as the dependent/outcome variable returned no significant results except for finding Near Psychotic Somatization subscale score approaching significance as a negative predictor of substantive SA (beta=-0.241, p=0.55) when regressed with scores on Frantic Hopelessness and Ruminative flooding subscales.
As assessed by logistic regression, there were no significant associations between miR-210 levels over the median and clinical variables, including presence of coronary artery disease (CAD), nor echocardiographical variables, although the associations with left atrial area (odds ratio [OR] 0.92 [95% CI 0.84–1.003], p = 0.06) and NT-proBNP levels (OR 1.54 [0.98–2.41], p = 0.06) were of borderline significance. miR-210 levels in patients with and without CAD were 3.1±0.4 vs. 2.8±0.3 (fold change vs. control subjects), respectively, p = 0.56.
The P-value in Egger’s test showed that the publication bias was marginally insignificant in all PLT parameter analyses [P = 0.565 for PC and P = 0.811 for MPV].
No other main or interaction effects approached significance [main effect for symbol type, F (1,25) = 0.33, p = .571, η 2 = .01, task×symbol type interaction, F (1,25) = 0.01, p = .914, η 2 <.001, task×switch condition interaction, F (1,25) = 0.15, p = .699, η 2 = .01, and the three-way interaction, F (1,25) = 2.11, p = .159, η 2 = .08].
Mean number of placental scars in wolves from throughout MN wolf range ( Table 5 ) did not maximize until females were 6-years old, except for one 10-year-old wolf, and the difference between the mean number of placental scars in 2-5-year-old wolves (5.95) and those ≥ 6 (6.86) was marginally significant ( P = 0.577; t = 1.92; d.f. = 90).
Interestingly, with similar numbers tested in this experiment (n = 6) the MMS value becomes significantly different from the control group in mice injected with 50 μg of Env protein (p<0.01), whereas it is at the limit of significance (p = 0.58) in mice injected with 20 μg.
Although a positive trend was observed in the comparison with the concurrent non-exposed cohort, the difference was not statistically significant (OR 1.18, 95% CI 0.65–2.14; p = 0.583).
The Egger’s test for publication bias was marginally insignificant (p = 0.59), suggesting that there was no indication of publication bias in included articles ( Table 2 ).
The expression of HMGB1 mRNA also showed a trend to increase at 1 month (1.2±0.8) and 3 months (1.3±0.7) after transplantation compared with before transplant (1.1±0.5) (at 1 month P = 0.60; at 3 months, P = 0.36) ( Figure 4B ).
Most importantly, neither the main effect of Group, F (1,24)<.01, p = .97, d = .01, nor any interaction involving Group approached significance (Group×Recall Phase, F (2,48) = .51, p = .60; Group×Grapheme Color, F (1,24) = .04, p = .84; Group×Recall Phase×Grapheme Color, F (2,48) = .45, p = .64).
Three of the four oncogenes were gained more frequently in the primary samples than in the metastatic samples; the comparisons for CCND1 (one-sided p < 0.015) and PRKAA1 (p < 0.026) were nominally significant, while those for LAMP3 (p < 0.609) and PROX1 (p < 0.053) were not significant.
However, and notably, the subtle difference between the expression level of Slc14a1 in the hippocampus of the AD model rats and the control rats is not significantly significant ( p = 0.614) ( Fig 4B ).
Clinical results comparing no adjuvant procedure after OCT (n = 444) versus adjuvant procedures (n = 132) were significantly not different (4.1% vs. 5.3%, HR 1.249; 95% CI 0.521–2.996; P = 0.618).
Eye-contact ( M eye ( SD ) = 88.756 (47.616), M no_eye ( SD ) = 83.442 (40.116), F (1,41) eye_cont = 3.005, p = .091, η 2 p = 0.068, 95% CI [-0.859, 11.267]) showed a trend, and attribution ( M self ( SD ) = 84.913 (53.165), M other ( SD ) = 87.285 (37.378), F (1,41) attrib = 0.248, p = .621, η 2 p = 0.006, 95% CI [-12.691, 7.671]) did not have a significant main effect, indicating that participants attributed similar comfortable personal distance to the experimenter as to themselves (Fig 4a and 4b).
However, although most health system resources variables were highly significant, the hospital bed density was not significant with respect to the age-standardized CVD DALY rate (p = 0.63).
The short-term follow-up incidence rate (≤2 years) reported by 2 studies (n = 197) showed a decreasing trend in the MIS group; the difference was not significant (RR: 0.62; 95% CI: 0.09–4.38; P = 0.63; Table 5 ).
