If only individuals separated by at least 4 meioses are included (sharing ≤6.25% of their DNA), then the difference between mutations in exons 1–14 and ORF15 is suggestive but not significant (p = 0.083), while the difference between predicted null alleles and predicted translated protein alleles remains significant (p = 0.049).
In the absence of vibration, forward tilt tended to be more accurately perceived than backward tilt—although the difference did not quite reach statistical significance (NK: p = 0.083).
After taking the test, by True Overplacement, all but the Japanese significantly decrease their estimates (-6.78%, p = .022; -8.07%, p = .002; -4.28%, p = .032; and 1.98%, p = .435, respectively), but all remain overplaced, significantly so for the Hong Kong Chinese (5.80%, p = .050) and Japanese (6.93%, p = .045) and marginally significant for the European Canadians (6.88%, p = .083).
The model of temperature change 80 s after stimulus onset just failed to reach significance over the null model ( χ 2 = 9.73, d.f. = 5, p = 0.083); therefore, results should be treated with caution.
The Spearman’s rank correlation test on the number of boards and the ranking of aiming angle revealed a significant trend on the 3-degree condition ( r = 0.36, p = .083; Fig 6 ).
Logistic regression analyses using these dummy coded variables yielded an almost significant interaction effect between violation type and the dummy that contrasted equal compensation with no compensation (Wald = 3.01, p = .083), a significant interaction effect between violation type and the dummy contrasting overcompensation to no compensation (Wald = 5.46, p = .019), and a non-significant interaction effect between violation type and the dummy that contrasted overcompensation with equal compensation (Wald = 0.65, p = .421).
There was also an indication (albeit marginally non-significant, estimate -0.08 ± 0.05 SE, P = 0.083) that breeding was earlier when it was drier and colder during the laying period (pc2lay; Table 2A and Fig 3C ).
The variable RGL3 decreased attractiveness; this effect was marginally non-significant for women (β = -0.274, se = 0.158, p = 0.083) and significant for men (β = -0.434, se = 0.089, p < 10 −5 ).
The interaction with target type in predicting RT approached significance (β = -.02, SE = .01, χ 2 (1) = 3.00, p = .083), however simple effects analyses conducted separately at each target type showed that pupil dilation was not a significant predictor for either Easy ( p = .69) or Difficult ( p = .91) trials alone.
In contrast, click chemistry staining for EdU (sulfo-Cyanine5 fluorophore), which birthdates cells born at the time of injection, showed a trend towards a decrease in fluorescence intensity using widefield imaging ( Fig 3i - 3l ; p = 0.083) that did not reach significance.
porphyraceus , Gallicolumba stairi ) were marginally significant among seasons (P = 0.083) and highly significantly among habitat types on Lakeba (P≪0.001), with more individuals recorded in the dry season, and more found in Mid-successional Forest than in any of the more disturbed habitats including Secondary Forest ( Figure 7 ; Table 5 ).
Also MAE (and %MAE) is significantly higher in the clinical algorithm when compared to the pharmacogenetic algorithm in both derivation and entire cohorts, although the difference only approaches statistical significance in the test cohort (p = 0.083 for MAE) due to its lower size.
Analysis of data represented as blocks of trials (2 trials per block, Figure 3B, 3C ), revealed significant differences between control and radiated groups in latency to locate the target hole (Group × Day × Block) [F(2, 60) = 3.5; p = 0.0365] while the number of errors made over blocks approached significance [F(2, 60) = 2.6; p = 0.083].
However, these main effects need to be qualified by the marginally significant interaction between group and picture type, F (1, 62) = 3.11, p = .083, η p 2 = .048, which was of moderate effect size.
In contrast to Study 2, there was no significant difference between experiments 3.1–3.3 even though there was a trend towards significance most likely driven by better recall using virtual reality pictures than the flickering screen condition (F(2, 78) = 2.564, p = 0.083).
There is a marginally significant positive difference in slope of SH on resource size relative to NH over time (B = 2.110; se = 1.217; p = 0.083) and a marginally significant negative interaction effect of SH with the quadratic term of period (B = −0.048; se = 0.029; p = 0.094).
There was a marginally significant main effect of age, F (1, 75) = 3.09, p = .083, with 4-year-olds ( M = .43, SD = .42) performing better than 3-year-olds ( M = .27, SD = .36).
In fact, the three bivariate Cox regression analysis with TNFRSF4 and the three clinical variables already mentioned have different behaviors: when including MYCN amp/no-amp, the model does not retain the TNFRSF4 variable although it is close to significance (p=0.083).
There was no significant difference between SSRTs for stimuli which appeared after neutral pictures ( M = .26, SD = .06) and SSRTs for stimuli which appeared after either negative pictures or no pictures ( p > .05), although a marginal significance was found for the difference between SSRTs for stimuli which appeared after neutral pictures and negative pictures ( p = .083, see Fig 5 ).
Of note, a clear trend of higher sgRNA values was found for +/+ samples respect to -/+ samples (sgRNA E, median [IQR] copies/mL: 140,700 [350–1,071,000] vs and 406 [210–770], p-value = 0.083; SgRNA N, median [IQR] copies/mL: 34,069 [325–306,600] vs 770 [630–980] copies/mL, p-value = 0.165) ( Fig 2 , Panel A and B).
