3e ) and showed a trend at EC level (EC:1.1.1.28; log 2 FC = 1.09; P = 0.053; q = 0.23; Supplementary Data 2 ).

hsa-let-7d-3p was also included because its levels were elevated in sCJD blood, albeit with borderline significance (FC 1.94, adjusted p = 0.053).
The decoding in the imagination space showed a trend towards significance (55.5%, 95% CI: [49.7, 60.9]; p = 0.053).
Blood glucose excursion following pyruvate injection was almost significantly ( p = 0.053) decreased in Acox1 -LKO mice (Supplementary Fig. 1e ), likely reflecting an improved ability of insulin to inhibit hepatic gluconeogenesis.
7 , Table 2 ), and exhibited marginally significant differences between groups in terms of the (NpD-NpV) pattern expression (accuracy=61 ± 5%, P = 0.053) 56 .
This strengthened PFOA and PFDA inverse association with confirmed disability worsening, while PFOS became borderline significant (HR = 0.906, 95% CI: 0.820–1.000, P = 0.053), independent of sex.
In animals immunized with V2-TTB NPs carrying V2, the otherwise deleterious effects of the nanoparticle platform inhibiting immune responses and favoring infection were likely counteracted by the increased mucosal and systemic immune responses to V2 (such as increased antibody avidity, V2-specific ADCC, and mucosal B cells secreting IgG and IgA against envelope protein) induced by the V2-TTB NP prime-boost, thereby rescuing vaccine efficacy with a strong trend emerging toward significant protection ( p = 0.053).
4c–e ), but there was a clear trend suggesting an analgesic effect ( t 24 = 2.040, p = 0.053, Student’s t -test).
Association of intra-tumoral TILs with pCR reached borderline significance at Day14 ( p = 0.053, Fig. 2H ), while TIL dynamics between baseline and Day14 were not more informative (Supplementary Fig. 5G, H ).
However, a trend towards significance was observed when the two cohorts were combined ( β =0.111±0.059, 95%CI −0.0041 to 0.2268; P =0.053), suggesting that an underlying effect on degree of steatosis may be present but of relatively small size.
In the orbitofrontal cortex overall, differences in cell counts did not quite reach statistical significance ( p = 0.0535), although fewer labeled neurons were observed in specific subdivisions (Supplementary Fig. 5C ).
Conversely, we find a negative, nearly significant correlation ( r = −0.28, P = 5.38 × 10 −2 ) with nucleosome coverage (Supplementary Fig. 8 ).
Similarly, the rate of non-similar substitutions in the zur gene (46.8%) yielded a marginally non-significant p -value when comparing to genome-wide patterns ( p = 0.054).
Also, the DA response to reward was significantly correlated with approaches to the CS+ during presentation across all training sessions, but narrowly missed significance ( p = 0.0540) in acquisition sessions in VAChTcKO mice (Fig. 5f ).
Phage composition showed a borderline non-significant difference between responders and non-responders following FMT (pairwise PERMANOVA p = 0.054, Fig. 6B , Supplementary Fig. 7A ).
There was a significant or marginally significant inversion effect for the natural scrambled BM stimuli (Fig. 1c : Z = 1.93, p = 0.054, BF 10 = 2.85; Fig. 1d : Z = 1.97, p = 0.049, BF 10 = 2.60) but not for the unnatural scrambled BM stimuli (Fig. 1d : Z = 1.07, p = 0.287, BF 10 = 0.27).
3d ; a marginally significant [ P = 0.054] date × warming × herbivory reduction interaction effect in Supplementary Table 7 ), which likely resulted from the larger size and higher transpiration of plants in these plots.
There was also a strong trend toward an increase in the overall density of ASPA + cells (Fig. 3e , P = 0.054, n = 4 mice, Welch’s corrected t -test) and a statistically significant 76.1 ± 21.8% increase in the density of newly differentiated EdU + /ASPA + oligodendrocytes in response to neuronal activity stimulation at this later age (Fig. 3b, f , P = 0.017, n = 4 mice, Welch’s corrected t -test).
Capillary branchpoints improved 1.50-fold, and tip cell formation showed a strong trend toward recovery (10.13-fold, p = 0.0542) (Fig. 6f and Supplementary Fig. 13a, b ).
In addition, group 1 showed a trend reduction in one of the cognitive performance indicators digital symbol test and trail making test compared to group 3 (dg_sym p-value = 0.055 and tmt_A_rt, p-value = 0.078) (Fig. 7d ).
Despite limited statistical power given the use of duplicates, these results showed marginal significance (One-sided t test, anterior start P value = 0.055, posterior middle P value = 0.09).
We found a similar trend in forb abundance (nearly significant fertilization × herbivore exclusion interaction; χ 2 df=1 = 3.68, P = 0.055; Table S2 , Fig. 4b ); however, forbs were equally abundant in fenced, fertilized, and fenced plus fertilized plots, and did not peak in fertilized grazed plots.
