In addition, the yield component traits like main stem panicle weight (MSPW) and per plant grain weight (PGW) in foxtail millet exhibit highly significant positive correlations with the growth indices such as plant height, leaf width, panicle diameter, and main stem diameter 22 , indicating the importance of growth promotion for yield increment.

The differences were even more pronounced in the triple knockout strain C1/N6/N5KO, which showed extremely significant fitness costs in all of the tested parameters (Fig. 7b–f ).

However, the landslide behaviors presented in this study do not refute those observations; rock mass may have very large friction angles, cohesion stemming from mineral behavior, roots, and capillary stresses may be significant at shallow depths in soil.

This FcRn-dependent recycling of anti-biotin IgG1-was blocked in a concentration-dependent manner by both MST-HN molecules, whereas the WT-IgG1 or -Fc fragments showed a trend (not significant) towards blockade when used at 500 nM.

There was also a lower preference for alcohol in post-FMT vs pre-FMT mice that were colonized with stool over days 1 and 2, and there was a trend towards significance during the binge (Fig. 2E, F ).

Gene ontology analysis on the differentially expressed genes revealed highly significant dysregulation of genes and processes involved in Wnt signaling pathway, wound healing, and acute inflammatory responses (Fig. 5a , Supplementary Data 9 ).

In monkey R there was also a positive trend toward higher salience for airpuff vs neutral objects that did not reach significance.

Unlike the airpuff objects, saline and time-out objects had similar salience to neutral objects or even a small trend toward negative salience (less salience than neutral) for the time-out objects using free viewing (Fig. 4c ) and consistently for both monkeys (Supplementary Fig. 6 ).

Notably, nicotine had near-significant interactions with the association between VPBs and both J and S amplitudes (Table 1 ), suggesting nicotine may modify the relationship between VPBs and early repolarization.

Both blue and green food webs showed a trend of decreasing nestedness with increasing elevation (Fig. 5 ).

Regarding direct effects, elevation positively influenced modularity (standardised coefficient: 0.49) and negatively influenced niche overlap (−0.53) in green food webs, while the opposite (−0.38 and marginally significant 0.10, respectively) was observed in blue ones (Fig. 3c ; Supplementary Table 7 ).

When screening different macrolactamization sites, the ratio of isomer yields did not follow a clear trend.

PVA, a well-known polymer that exhibits some ice recrystallization inhibition (IRI) activity, exhibited a decreasing trend resembling that of lin PG (Supplementary Fig. 8 ).

When considering only urban sites, we still find an increasing trend in fine particulate metal concentration (a 5–11% increase) for a 10% increase in dissimilarity index for the metals associated with anthropogenic sources, suggesting these results are not solely due to urban/rural gradients in segregation (Table S2 ).

The comparison of genetic offset under different emission scenarios showed an increasing trend with rising emissions (Fig. 5a, b ).

We have previously shown that although only Ag85A-specific IgG on Day 28 were associated with a significantly reduced risk of TB disease, Ag85A-specific IgG on Day −7 also showed a trend towards an association with reduced risk of TB disease that did not reach statistical significance 6 .

The emergence of a significant trend in any TC metric at the global scale is noteworthy because it is unclear whether natural climate variability can modulate TC behavior at this spatial scale.

The evidence presented in this paper suggests that the outcomes of the listing are consistent with the protection of human health and the environment, as chemical properties associated with both CMR (carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, and reproductive toxicity) and environmental harm are highly significant in explaining the inclusion on the Candidate List.

Mice subsequently treated with Abatacept and IgG-(IL-2) 2 showed a trend towards retention of more functional beta cell mass as judged by glucose tolerance tests (Supplementary Fig. 8 ).

At 2 mM (basal) glucose, F6P, F1,6BP and NADH were significantly increased, and the increase in the combined abundance of DHAP and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate (GA3P) was close to significance.
