Under untreated conditions, TRIM52 -targeting showed a trend for increased DNA-associated TOP2cc (Fig. 2d ).

Optimizing the number and locations of sensors for self-trajectory estimation For autonomous fish-like robots, estimating their own trajectory is more practically significant than estimating their self-velocity 36 , 37 .

2a reveal that the dislocation activity has no distinct correlation to the distance to boundaries, since such an effect would have led to a clear trend of increased activity near boundaries.
Brain Aβ 1-42 concentration showed a trend for increase with brain antibody concentration across the different antibodies examined (Fig. 5H ).
Systemic antibody clearance was increased for the M252Y and M252Y.Q309T variants, with an apparent trend between tighter mFcRn affinity at pH 7.4 and greater serum antibody clearance (Fig. 1J ).
Taking the genes with the lowest adjusted p values for altered expression in Treg cells from FYC /+ l1l2 mice, the majority of these showed a trend towards increased expression, and many were also identified as ZFP36-family targets by CLIP, and/or contained an ARE in their 3’UTR (Supplementary Fig. 12a ).
As shown in Table 1 , τ f of μUF was 6.40 ns, and the τ f of the composites showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing after mixing with μPS.
Use of PVT1 enhancer displayed consistently robust HbF and superior induction in both populations over μLCR, while HbF increase with μLCR was either insignificant (nucleated) or marginally significant (enucleated) over untransduced (Fig. 6b ).

Consistent with a previous study 4 , there is a clear trend where later-emerging variants exhibit higher R e values, resulting in the continuous replacement of circulating variants (Fig.
Patients with TMB ≥ 14 mut/Mb (n = 6) experienced higher response rates (60% vs 12%; p = 0.041) and showed a trend towards improved progression-free survival and overall survival compared to patients with TMB < 14 mut/Mb.
an overall trendgold
As an overall trend, the highly cancer-type-specific but strong effect size associations appear to be rare.
After removing DNMs with at least one read carrying the alternate allele in parents, the AFR/AMR and AFR/SAS differences became only nominally significant (Supplementary Fig. 5C ).
Applying LLPS REDIFINE on various protein condensates, we observed an unexpected trend in droplet properties.
Only the TARDBP M337V line showed a trend towards lower substrate oxidation (Supplementary Fig. 9f ).
However, Novartis reported that IFN-γ secretion varied greatly from batch to batch, suggesting that there may be significant uncontrolled variations in the safety, potency, and clinical effect of these products 4 .
However, normalization of ligand-stimulated phospho-PDGFR levels to unstimulated phospho-PDGFR levels for each sample indicated lower relative induction approaching significance for PDGFRβ homodimers following 5 min of ligand stimulation in the PDGFRαV1/βV2 cell line compared to this same timepoint in the PDGFRβV1/βV2 cell line (Supplementary Fig. 11C ), indicating that PDGFRα/β heterodimers may indeed serve as ligand sinks.
CSAD exhibited a consistently increasing trend in females but a decreasing trend in males across the age groups.
Next, we assessed whether the nominally significant categories within each genomic region were statistically enriched.
In addition, CHD8 binding at regions marked by H3K27ac or H3K4me1 was increased in Chd8 KI mice, whereas no such difference was apparent for that at TSS and H3K4me3 regions, suggestive of increased binding of CHD8 to enhancer regions as a result of Chd8 overexpression (Supplementary Fig. 5e ).
There were several population-specific phenotypic markers whose frequencies increased in the presence of either THBS1 or IL1B and were associated with lower reservoir size that were nominally significant (Supplementary Table 5).

In agreement with data on luminescent aryl defects 56 , an overall trend of decreasing optical trap depths for larger diameter nanotubes is observed (see Supplementary Fig. 14 ).
However, we found a reversal of this trend from 2016 to 2022, with total live biomass carbon clearly shifting from an increasing trend to a decreasing trend from around 2016.
Notably, the live biomass carbon changes revealed by L-VOD showed a decreasing trend around 60°N – 65°N during 2016-2022, which coincided with the highest average annual burned area recorded in this region over the same period (Fig. 4h ).
a negative trendgold
We find that live biomass carbon stocks have undergone a reversal from a positive to a negative trend during the study period with 2016 marking the turning point.
Over time, the expression of TBR1 decreased (28% ± 10%), whereas BRN2 (41% ± 5%) and SATB2 (40% ± 8%) showed an increasing trend, ultimately resulting in relatively balanced distribution of deep and superficial layer neurons within this system (Fig. 2a and Supplementary Fig. 4b ), in contrast to many differentiation protocols that result in reduced production of upper-layer neurons.
