We subsequently tested the associations of ADIPOQ SNPs and cardio-metabolic traits and found nominally significant inverse associations between rs182052 and BMI and obesity status.

In our study, we did not find a statistically significant elevation in serum IGF-1 levels in the GH-treated group; however, there was a clear trend toward elevation in the treated group and we believe this likely represents a type-II error.

While we did not observe statistically significant differences in these markers, we did note trends towards increased expression in GH-treated animals for all markers, approaching significance for erbB3 and p75 expression.

However, as elevation increased, TCS did not present a clear trend, which countered the findings of Seedre et al . 21 .

Other carbon pools did not change significantly with increasing stand age ( P > 0.05), although they presented a decreasing trend.

In our study, increasing TEMMB showed a trend towards survival harm in these highly somatically-recurrent tumors.
