Differences approaching significance ( p = 0.09) were found in the gastric content for Actinobacteria phylum between resistant and susceptible animals, showing an abundance of 10.2% in RG and 18.2% in SG.
However, significance was not reached when comparing healthy controls with each of the IBS subtypes and only IBS-D showed a trend towards a lower diversity (P = 0.09).
Except for the “ Early-Down” cluster, which exhibited marginal significance ( p = 0.09), all other four myo-score clusters showed a significant fit (Fig. 4 b).
Patients taking RAS blockades showed a trend toward lower VFA relative to those who did not take RAS blockades (346 ± 184 mm 2 /kg/m 2 vs. 410 ± 192 mm 2 /kg/m 2 , p = 0.09), while the patients taking beta blockades exhibited significantly higher VFA relative to those who did not take beta blockades (405 ± 199 mm 2 /kg/m 2 vs. 330 ± 167 mm 2 /kg/m 2 , p = 0.05).
While global placental perfusion of the healthy controls acquired in the lateral position was relatively consistent across GA (r = −0.09, p = 0.74), healthy controls studied in the supine position showed a negative trend in global placental perfusion with advancing GA (r = −0.43, p = 0.09).
Turbidity did not significantly influence passage probability but an interaction between eel speed and turbidity was close to significance ( p = 0.09); passage probability marginally increased with eel speed at high turbidity (50 NTU) but not at low turbidity (10 NTU) (Fig. 3 .1c; Table S5 ).
Though the difference is not statistically significant at 0.05 level, there was an apparent trend towards significance for the level of TBARS of PBMC (p = 0.09) ( Table 2 ) and GSH of RBC membrane (p = 0.07) ( Table 3 ).
annuum supplementation had significant effect on low density lipoprotein-cholesterol [SMD = − 0.39; 95% CI − 0.72, − 0.07; P = 0.02; prediction interval, − 1.28 to 0.50] and marginally significant effect on body weight [SMD = − 0.19; 95% CI − 0.40, 0.03; P = 0.09].
Two-way ANCOVA analysis indicated a marginally significant main effect of subtype on duration ( F (1,141) = 2.78, p = 0.09), as well as a significant main effect of tumor growth pattern on duration ( F (1,141) = 10.28, p = 0.002).
Simple effects tests showed that dyads who could see their partner’s bodily movements moved more when their partner’s facial movements were also visible ( b = 0.04, p < 0.001, d = 0.89); this effect of bodily movement was only marginally significant when their partner’s facial movements were not visible ( b = 0.01, p = 0.09).
Post hoc analyses showed that children in the low grade responded more slowly than the children in middle and high grades (ps < 0.05), and children from the middle grade exhibited longer reaction times than the ones in the high grades (p = 0.09, marginally significant).
We observed an increasing trend of retracted or collapsed GCs and a reduction in the number of spread GCs in frataxin-deficient neurons compared with control neurons (P-value = 0.09), which may suggest that the reduced neurite growth previously observed is associated with a change in the morphology of their GCs.
Finally, the relationship between craving and model’s parameters tended to be reversed at ABS30 when TCQ measures showed a trend towards a positive association with log(β reward ) and log(β punishment ) (Spearman’s r = 0.40, p = 0.09; Spearman’s r = 0.45, p = 0.053, respectively).
185.2 ± 60.2 μm, P = 0.004), and showed a trend toward slower choroidal expansion after sildenafil treatment (0.6 ± 1.2% vs. 6.8 ± 4.9% at 1 hour and 5.0 ± 1.6% vs. 8.1 ± 7.1% at 3 hours, P = 0.090) (Fig. 1L ), although this association was not statistically significant when adjusted for age (P = 0.309).
