Finally, the relationship between craving and model’s parameters tended to be reversed at ABS30 when TCQ measures showed a trend towards a positive association with log(β reward ) and log(β punishment ) (Spearman’s r = 0.40, p = 0.09; Spearman’s r = 0.45, p = 0.053, respectively).
Turbidity did not significantly influence passage probability but an interaction between eel speed and turbidity was close to significance ( p = 0.09); passage probability marginally increased with eel speed at high turbidity (50 NTU) but not at low turbidity (10 NTU) (Fig. 3 .1c; Table S5 ).
In addition, the mTBI group showed a marginally significant trend toward lower SIRT1 levels than the than the control (p = 0.090) and KD (p = 0.077) groups.
Differences approaching significance ( p = 0.09) were found in the gastric content for Actinobacteria phylum between resistant and susceptible animals, showing an abundance of 10.2% in RG and 18.2% in SG.
With regard to the analyses of bridge preference, none of the individual bridge characteristics we measured demonstrated a significant relationship with the crossing rate; although the analysis of the connection score (a subjective score assigned by TG and FCR that took into account various bridge qualities) approached significance ( p = 0.09, Table 2 ).
The fourth-corner analysis found a marginally significant trait-environmental relationship (p = 0.09), suggesting that the traits explain some of the variation in the responses of species to environmental gradients (Figure S1 ).
Comparison between pioglitazone dosage showed that 30 mg fixed-dose was similarly efficacious as the comparators (WMD: −0.01, 95% CI: −0.29 to 0.28, p = 0.96), whereas 45 mg fixed-dose showed a trend towards greater HbA1c reduction compared with other AD drugs (WMD: −0.48, 95% CI: −1.04 to 0.07, p = 0.09).
However, the joint influence of cg16936953 and the score was statistically significantly associated with CVD death (p < 0.05), and the adjusted hazard ratio (HR) was marginally statistically significant for cg16936953 [HR 4.38, 95% confidence intervals (CI) 0.79–24.3, p = 0.09] and the score (p = 0.06), respectively.
268 controls) were significantly higher, whereas HDL cholesterol showed a trend towards lower levels (MD −0.55 mg/dl; 95% CI −1.18, 0.08; P = 0.09) (378 cases vs . 368 controls) in men with early-onset AGA compared to controls (Fig. 3 ).
Although FIB exhibited a protective trend (OR = 0.79), its marginal significance ( P = 0.090) underscores the need for validation in larger study populations to elucidate its prognostic and therapeutic significance 8 , 37 .
When considering single breeds, this correlation was significant for the Polverara breed (ρ = 0.461, p = 0.010), not significant – but close to significance – for the Padovana breed (ρ = 0.315, p = 0.090), and not significant for the Robusta breed (ρ = −0.11, p = 0.538).
Though the difference is not statistically significant at 0.05 level, there was an apparent trend towards significance for the level of TBARS of PBMC (p = 0.09) ( Table 2 ) and GSH of RBC membrane (p = 0.07) ( Table 3 ).
Two-way ANCOVA analysis indicated a marginally significant main effect of subtype on duration ( F (1,141) = 2.78, p = 0.09), as well as a significant main effect of tumor growth pattern on duration ( F (1,141) = 10.28, p = 0.002).
ERP data P1 An ANOVA on P1 amplitudes showed a marginally significant main effect of reward values, F (1, 18) = 3.18, p = 0.09, η p 2 = 0.15, suggesting that participants demonstrated larger P1 mean amplitudes after high reward cues ( M = 2.84 μV, SD = 0.48) than after low reward cues ( M = 2.47 μV, SD = 0.53; see Fig. 1 ).
We found that rats injected with the miR-cluster showed a trend toward higher numbers of Ki67 and BrdU-positive nuclei in hepatocytes compared to their respective controls (P = 0.09 and 0.07, respectively).
After adjusting for confounders, significant positive associations were found between serum cotinine levels and rhinitis ever (adjusted odds ratio [AOR] = 2.95; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.15–7.60; P = 0.03) and current rhinitis (AOR = 2.71; 95% CI: 1.07–6.89; P = 0.04), while the association for physician-diagnosed rhinitis approaching borderline statistical significance (AOR = 2.26; 95% CI: 0.88–5.83; P = 0.09) ( Fig. 1a ).
Conversely, no significant changes were noted in diagnostic costs, which exhibited a nonsignificant trend over time ( p = 0.09) despite the overall increase in total costs observed during the analysis.
RNFL and GCIPL thickness according to alcohol consumption The peripapillary RNFL thickness tended to be thinner in the drinking group (69.0 ± 12.0 μm) than in the abstinence group (70.9 ± 11.5 μm) but with only marginal significance ( P = 0.09).
