However, the CSF TTR × diagnosis interaction term reached significance for t-Tau ( p = 0.013), p-Tau181 ( p = 0.020), and NfL ( p = 0.006), and showed a trend toward significance for Aβ40 ( p = 0.052), indicating that the strength and direction of associations differ across diagnostic stages (Fig. 2 A-D).
In addition, we observed a marginally significant association between the cerebello-parietal component and the number of responses from the letter fluency of the COWAT (R = 0.235, P = 0.052).
For the lateral compartment, a numerical trend for smaller loss of cartilage volume ( p = 0.052) was found in the post-treatment period in the IACI group.

For IL-1β, the overall difference between groups was borderline significant (global unadjusted p = 0.052; age-adjusted p = 0.051), with a trend toward higher medians in periodontitis (5.1-fold vs. healthy, p = 0.067; 3.7-fold vs. gingivitis, p = 0.195; Fig. 2 b).
Both of the subgroups with 3 ~ 4 risk alleles and 5 ~ 6 risk alleles showed marginally significant or significant associations with increased KD risk (OR = 1.32, 95% CI = 1.00–1.74, P = 0.052; OR = 2.93, 95% CI = 1.66–5.17, P < 0.001), and the Cochran-Armitage trend test indicated a significant dose effect with the ORs being increased with increasing numbers of risk alleles ( P trend < 0.001, Table 3 ).
The results showed that the main effects of group ( F 1, 56 = 1.83, p = 0.181) and session ( F 1, 44 = 1.42, p = 0.240) were not significant, but there was a marginally significant interaction effect ( F 1, 44 = 3.98, p = 0.052).
However, in the FR32 schedule the number of key presses was lower for the high PS group compared to the low PS group close to being statistically significant ( U = 114, Z = −1.94, p = 0.052) (see Fig. 2 ).
The main effect of time approached significance, Pillai’s Trace = 0.116, F(1, 31) = 4.081, p = .052, partial η2 = 0.116, suggesting a general trend toward belief change over time.
We found a significant reduction in phosphorylation levels of GSK3α/β (53.4% reduction, P < 0.001), and a borderline significant reduction in CREB (34% reduction, P = 0.052) and mTOR phosphorylation (21.4% reduction, P = 0.062) (Fig. 5 B) after 48 h exposure to 10 μM SB747651A.
Multivariate analysis showed a trend for high TILs to be an independent factor of low NR rate in all 94 cases {OR (95% CI): 0.126 (0.015–1.020); P = 0.052, Fig. 4 d}.
The distal-to-proximal approach showed a higher success rate (96.7%) compared to the proximal-to-distal approach (76.7%), with a near-significant difference ( p = 0.052).
Additionally, diabetes mellitus was approaching significance ( P = 0.052) Differences in structure and values of blood flow parameters among 5 groups Box-and-whisker plot of the MD, cpRNFLT, mGCIPLT, and MBRs for the five study groups are shown in Fig. 1 .
On the other hand, the difference in the mean corrected Prevosti genetic distances among fused pairs (0.231 ± 0.002) and among genotypes fused to form the detected chimeras in the prevalence study (0.216 ± 0.005) was marginally significant (Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon = 4; p = 0.052).
6 ; χ 2 (1) = 5.55, P = 0.0184), while the interaction between music playing condition and accompaniment condition approached significance (χ 2 (1) = 3.78, P = 0.052).
Although the right-side change was statistically significant (unadjusted p = 0.026), it only approached significance after correction for multiple comparison (adjusted p = 0.052).
In a case-only analysis a marginally significant difference was detected between males and females overall (p = 0.0520) and in GBM (p = 0.0428) (Supplemental Table 1 ).
Among individual variables, boron concentration ( p = 0.029) and dosage ( p = 0.011) were highly significant, while pH ( p = 0.052) had a lesser but still notable influence.
Although a three-way interaction between task, drink type and the logarithm of the presented duration only tended towards significance (χ 2 (1) = 3.766, p = 0.052), comparison of slopes for the two temporal tasks indicated a difference between slopes in the explicit, but not implicit, onset task (explicit: BAL – APTD, difference in effect = 0.2928 (SE = 0.143), z-ratio = 2.044, p < 0.05; implicit: BAL – APTD, difference in effect = − 0.0981 (SE = 0.141), z-ratio = − 0.694, p = 0.4877).
