What makes this conclusion even more practically significant is the promulgation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Rural Collective Economic Organizations” in June 2024, which responds to and solves many questions arising during the reform process from a institutional perspective and will officially take effect in January 2025 [ 56 ].

I therefore reanalysed the data as a series of non-overlapping 2 Mb windows, revealing a highly significant positive correlation between diversity lost and substitution rate difference ( Figure 3 , correlation calculated on unbinned data with significance determined as a t-approximation, t [1286] = 6.3, P = 4.8×10 −10 ).

While motility (a measure that encompasses both extension and retraction) did not translate into increased length over 8 h of imaging, axons showed a trend in this direction.

However, this negative correlation might have been due to one very high value for calcification rates at the lowest pCO 2 which forced the slope to a negative trend while all other values were within a certain range independent of pCO 2 ( [20] ; Figure 2 ) similar to the findings of the present study.

In sensitivity analysis among partnered participants who did not have a major depressive episode at baseline (n = 3,154), results were still highly significant (for overall poor quality: AOR, 2.54; 95% CI, 1.71–3.76; for social strain: AOR, 2.33; 95% CI, 1.64–3.29; for lack of social support: AOR, 1.57; 95% CI, 1.14–2.16).

While not statistically significant, our results showed a trend in line with expectations that centenarians who would have been excluded without the opportunity to participate through a proxy respondent tended to exhibit poorer physical and mental health.

An increasing trend of both HIV and syphilis among FSWs has been seen over the last decade.

The associations of sudden death or injury of a close person with major depressive disorder (p = 0.054) and with dysthymia (p = 0.056) turned into marginally significant.

Under adaptation to CWF, the results mirror those for dark adaptation ( Figure 7 ; Table 1 , lower part): cone coefficients are independent of age (p>0.05 for all hue settings) whereas the lens model predicts highly significant age-related changes.
