The Age by Hostility interaction for Il-6 similarly approached significance (ß = -.064, p = .092).
The Age by Hostility interaction for Il-6 similarly approached significance (ß = -.064, p = .092).
In separate linear regression analyses on the effects of typical and atypical antipsychotic medication, the annual reduction in brain volume was predicted by exposure to both types of antipsychotic medication with a high level of significance for atypical antipsychotic medication (atypical beta = −0.54, t = −3.53, p = 0.001) and a marginal significance for typical antipsychotic medication (typical beta = −0.298, t = −1.74, p = 0.092).
When looking at their mirror image L-PPO use preferentially the right eye (t (23) = 2.168, p = 0.041) while R-PPO showed a marginally non-significant tendency to use the left eye (t (23) = 1.756, p = 0.092); the difference between L-PPO and R-PPO is significant (F (1, 46) = 7.691, p = 0.008).
Retinal atrophy (pRNFL and GCIPL) was closely associated with impaired low contrast vision and color vision, whereas the volume of the GCIPL showed a trend (p = 0.092) to be associated with quality of vision.
Interestingly, we observed a borderline non-significant negative correlation between 24-h urinary 52 Cr-EDTA/creatinine excretion and relative numbers of F . prausnitzii ( ρ = -0.221, P = 0.092, Fig 3A ).
The difference in A parameters was marginally significant, t(19) = 1.77, p = .092).
Finally, except for the initial fixation position showing a marginally significant interaction effect (p = .092), all other indicators showed no significant interaction effects between initial morpheme positional frequency and reading phase (all p > 0.1), suggesting largely independent contributions of positional frequency and learning phase to eye-movement behavior.
No significant differences were found in baseline characteristics between the intervention group (n = 161) and the control group (n = 160), but there was a numerical trend toward more participants with previous vascular events in the control group (p = 0.092).
When analyzing the cell somata, a clear trend towards a reduced soma size was noted in irradiated neurons 0.5 h (0.1 Gy: p = 0.093, 1.0 Gy: p = 0.053) and 2 h (0.1 Gy: p = 0.021, 1.0 Gy: p = 0.085) as compared to non-irradiated neurons, which recovered after 24 h ( Fig 2C ).
The mean difference between the two approaches was -148.80 minutes with marginal significance ( t = -1.75, p = .093).
Although there appeared to be a trend towards significance for a difference in Welfare Impaired between dogs with and without health problems (N 1 = 820, N 2 = 405, Manny Whitney U test, U = 156252.2, p = 0.093), correction for multiple testing clearly renders this result non-significant.
For VFI, age (p < 0.001) and average GCIPLT (p < 0.001) were significant in the POAG group; no significant predictors were identified in the ON group, although average RNFLT showed a trend toward significance (p = 0.093).
ME overexpression in these two age subgroups only showed a statistical trend in older patients ( p = 0.093).
The statistical interaction effect fell short of significance by qPCR (2-way ANOVA, F (1,24) = 3.07, p = 0.093).
For GALNT2 , an average but borderline significant 0.52 mmol/L HDLc increase was observed in 10 total GALNT2 mutation carriers vs. 11 first-degree controls (+34.2%, p = 0.093), suggesting that either GALNT2 mutations have weaker or more variable effects than LIPG and CETP mutations on HDLc elevation and/or these families have insufficient power for detecting significant GALNT2 mutation associations with increased HDLc.
Although transfusion history approached significance (p = 0.093), it did not reach the conventional threshold, suggesting only a weak relationship in this sample.
Other factors showed a trend: NPM1 mutation (p = 0.093, n = 140) and EVI-1 (p = 0.18, n = 140). n.r. not relevant since all evaluated patients achieved CR after first cycle RR, relative risk of relapse. * only the most optimal cut-offs (0.0003% after 1 st cycle and 0.0001% after 2 nd and consolidation cycle) are shown.
There was no significant condition x time interaction, although it approached significance, F (2,50) = 2.49, η p 2 = .09, p = .093.
The Mann-Whitney test yields a nearly significant difference ( p = 0.093, U = 54).
This relationship was, however, only marginally significant (R 2 = 0.152, p = 0.093).
Although emotional work-related support approached significance (β = –.252, t(75) = –1.70, p = .093), it did not meet the conventional threshold for significance.
We analysed years separately because abundances of nuts differed significantly between 2008/ 2009 and 2009/ 2010 (U-test: P = 0.005) and differences in invertebrate abundances between years approached significance ( P = 0.093).
The main effect of group approached significance (F(1,62) = 2.919, p = 0.093, η p 2 = 0.045), with the schizophrenia group exhibiting less complex postural sway.
There was however a marginally significant correlation between dual n-back improvement and BDI-II difference score, r = −.375, p = .093, indicating larger training gains are marginally associated with a smaller increase, or larger decrease in BDI-II score.
catesbeianus at a wetland was a nearly statistically significant predictor of infection in that species (p = 0.093), though the density of no other amphibian species was statistically significantly related to infection in L. catesbeianus (p>0.3 for all other species) ( Figure 2 ).
