We found a trend towards significance for the GPC/PCho ratio (p = 0.0832), which indicates a change in the choline-containing metabolites associated with increased aggressiveness, however not detected when examining the metabolites individually.
For the DEMMI measure only, the group differences were approaching significance (p = 0.0837) but this reflected deterioration in all three groups ( S1 Table ).
However, the TLR-5 mRNA level was down-regulated by CORT injection in the duodenum and ileum ( P < 0.05; Tables 6 and 8 ), and its level in the jejunum showed an obvious trend of down-regulation ( P = 0.084; Table 7 ).
loss) as within factors, revealed a significant main effect of choice types, F (2, 20) = 3.336, p = 0.049, a significant main effect of valence, F (2, 20) = 8.251, p = 0.009, and a marginally significant interaction effect, F (2, 20) = 2.831, p = 0.084(see Fig.3B ).
However, only worse visual field mean deviation showed borderline significance in relation with the degree of abnormal latency in multivariate analysis (P = 0.084).
For the early interval the effects were marginally significant in V1 and V2 (V1: F (1,11) = 3.613, p <0.084; V2 F (1,11) = 4.662, p <0.054) and fully significant in V3 ( F (1,11) = 5.937, p = 0.033).
There was a significant positive correlation between global distance and distance between numerators (r = 0.476; p <0.001), and a marginally significant correlation between global distance and distance between denominators (r = -0.183; p = 0.084).
There was a weak trend for a sex difference in the relative looking to the eye and mouth regions (ROI x Sex interaction: F(1,4) = 5.262, p = 0.084), with females exhibiting a larger differentiation than males ( Figure 3A inset).
Both high burden of cerebellar intracortical lesions and brain WML showed a trend to predict SDMT score (β = −7.869, 95% CI −16.843 to 1.106, p = 0.084, and β = −7.837, 95% CI −16.371 to 0.698, p = 0.071, respectively).
After controlling for the effects of all other prognostic markers, the association between the independent variable ‘overweight’ and the dependent variable ‘treatment response’ was nearly significant at the 0.05 level ( p = 0.084; Odds ratio = 2.75; Cl 95% = 0.87–8.66; see Table 2 ).
2C ); in the hatchery, SGM was similar between T W and W control fry, although this difference was marginally non-significant (t-test F 1,3 = 10.413, P = 0.084) ( Fig. 2C ).
CD4 + T cell counts <570 cells/μl (p = 0.007) and in particular IP-10≥249 pg/ml (p = 0.001) were associated with rapid disease progression, while VL ≥5 log 10 RNA copies/ml only showed a trend for significance (p = 0.084) ( Figure 4E ).
Specifically, a Mann-Whitney U test on spending rates for those who spent anything across conditions yielded a marginally significant effect (Z = -1.73, p = .084), such that Observers who spent anything to punish a bad Decider tended to spend less than those who spent anything to compensate a good Decider (M Bad Person Injustice = $9.57, M Good Person Injustice = $13.40).
This previous study indicated a slightly elevated risk of delirium with oseltamivir use in patients under 18 during the 2006/2007-influenza season with marginal significance (hazard ratio: 1.51, 95% CI lower: 0.95, upper: 2.40, p = 0.084).
There was a marginally significant interaction of nonverbal behavior with participant gender ( F (1,1362) = 3.00, p = .084, η 2 p = .002) such that in the unempathic condition, women perceived physicians as less empathic ( M = 1.73, SD = .88) than men ( M = 2.05, SD = .98, F (679) = 13.48, p < .001, η 2 p = .02).
Our segmentation had suggested that, at a group level, pro-cue switch and cue task-stay trials could be distinguished on the basis of these two topographies, however the fitting result suggested that this was, at best, only marginally significant at a within-subject level [F(1,13) = 3.489, p = 0.084].
Although a negative trend between AD2 size and spring arrival was indicated for all blackcaps (i.e. males and females combined) in Set 5 ( est = -0.009 ± 0.004, p = 0.084 after FDR), this pattern was not robust across datasets.
High within group variance in the two deglaciation period groups of samples and also in the two seasonal groups resulted in nearly significant differences in microbial community structure (NP-MANOVA, p = 0.084; p = 0.11, respectively) ( Figure 5 ).
Mann-Whitney tests also showed a significant difference between the 3D Head and 3D Plant (Mann-Whitney U = 1258.5, p = .016) but the difference between the 3D Head and 2D Head was only marginally significant (Mann-Whitney U = 1269, p = .084).
