In subgroup analyses, Beijing strains only had a significant association with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (aOR 6.1; 1.2–30.4), and an association of borderline significance with polyresistant tuberculosis (aOR 1.8; 1.0–3.5; p = 0.062), among individuals born in the Western Pacific.
The relative importance of predation risk was greater in Copper than No Copper treatments (0.87 ± 0.19 and 0.50 ± 0.06, respectively; mean ± SEM)–though this comparison was marginally significant at α = 0.05 (two sample t-test, t 4.80 = -1.86, p = 0.062).
A statistically significant difference was found between admitted doping users and non-users in explicit attitude (p<.001) and social projection of doping use (p = .024), with a borderline significance for pressure to use doping (p = .062).
The lowest elephant densities were found in the LTCR and Mokabi, which were both significantly lower than densities recorded in NNNP and Kabo and showed a similar trend for Pokola, that approached but did not reach significance (LTCR: p = 0.062, Mokabi: p = 0.058).
The centered interaction term using training regimen and session was added to the regression model and accounted for a marginally significant amount of variance in the correlation between fluid intelligence and training gain, ΔR 2 = .101, ΔF (1, 26) = 3.80, b = -.034, t (26) = -1.950, p = .062 (see Fig 5 ).
The two highest doses (30 nM & 100 nM) significantly reduced the muscle withdrawal threshold as compared to pH 7.2 saline (Tukey test, p < 0.05 for each dose), while the 10 nM dose was nearly significant (Tukey test, p = 0.062).
Results revealed main effects for ToM, F (1,54) = 45.46, p < .001, η p 2 = .46, and AL, F (1,54) = 251.31, p < .001, η p 2 = .82, as well as a marginally significant interaction, F (1,54) = 3.65, p = .062, η p 2 = .06.
STK11 and PTEN mutations in non-smokers were lower than in smokers, but the difference was of marginal significance [2.1% (1/48) and 6.3% (7/112) vs. 13.2% (7/53) and 13.0% (14/108), X 2 = 4.274 and 2.87, P = 0.062 and 0.09, respectively].
In this study ANOSIM analysis indicated that temperature (global R value of 0.834; p = 0.001) was responsible for structuring the methanogen community but that substrate amendment was only borderline significant (global R value = 0.135; p = 0.062).
Second, in analysis of the 19 samples from the patients with psoriasis, those obtained from psoriatic lesions were not significantly different than those from unaffected skin from the same patient, although these was an overall trend ( P = 0.062).
The degree of mitral regurgitation showed a trend toward being higher in group A (p = 0.062). cMRI was performed in only 23% (312) of all patients and significantly more frequently in group A than in group B patients (p<0.001).
The pooled estimate in men was greater than that in women (p = 0.003), rho = 0.37 (95% CI: 0.30 to 0.44) with borderline significant heterogeneity by country ( I 2 = 47.9%, p = 0.062).
The correlation between platelets CoQ 10-TOTAL and noncoupled Complex I-linked oxygen consumption after addition of substrate glutamate (4G) was marginally significant in both control group (p = 0.062) and RA_ALL patients (p = 0.060), ( Fig 4D ).
Although the dietary diversity of the complementary diets remained very low, like in other parts of the country [ 10 , 45 ], it was marginally significant; considerably higher children in the intervention than comparison group at endline were fed on diverse diets (DID of 9.5, p = 0.062).
The effect of musical training approached significance ( F (1, 49) = 3.64, p = .062, musicians Mean = 2.43, S.E = .14, non-musicians Mean = 2.77, SE = .11), but there was no main effect of groove familiarity ( F (1, 49) = .70, p = .439).
The interaction between Presentation Condition and Experiment approached significance, F (1,7) = 4.9, p = .062, η 2 p = .41, as the motion-experienced pigeons seemed to be able to use the motion cues more effectively during this earlier portion of training than the motion-naïve birds.
We also identified borderline significant interaction between RDW values and cancer stage ( p =0.062), which was consistent with subgroup analysis based on cancer stage (early stages and progressive stages).
When categorizing objects, participants in the abstract condition drew .82 (95% CI [0.67, 1.01]) times the number of groups as those in the concrete condition, which was a marginally statistically significant result, Wald χ 2 = 3.47, p = .062.
We observed a near significant trend for greater injury in the thalamus in the rHI group vs. control ( Fig. 5F ; p = 0.062; Kruskal-Wallis; Bonferroni-corrected post-hoc Mann-Whitney U-test: rHI vs.
