Using the Near1 point, there was a significant rise in accuracy from the Train stimulus, χ 2 (1, N = 89) = 27.4, p < .001, and a marginally non-significant fall in accuracy to the Far stimulus using the Bonferroni-corrected alpha value of .033, χ 2 (1, N = 89) = 4.33, p = .037.
In contrast, marginal significance was observed for the alleles of rs948847 (P = 0.037), whereas this significance failed to survive the Bonferroni correction.
The results show that the age of the marine reserve around the islands is a significant factor with a positive trend (p = 0.037), while the protection of the site (inside or outside of the reserve) was not (p = 0.694; S2 Table ).
On the other hand, we observed a marginally significant decrease in the amounts of secreted 8-OHdG in the patient subgroup P3 compared with the control cohort (p = 0.037).
Relative to the right radial access, a marginally significant increase in catheter numbers was observed in the left radial access in studies with diagnostic coronary procedure only (WMD: 0.33; 95% CI: 0.02 to 0.63; P = 0.037), with strong evidence of heterogeneity (P<0.0005).
Furthermore, the resistance data among all 180 lines at 2 μg/g α-amanitin and 0.2 μg/g α-amanitin revealed a weak and barely significant correlation (r = 0.13, p = 0.037) ( S3 Table ).
Site was slightly significant on cone opening (χ 2 = 4.34, DF = 1, P = 0.037), as well as group of provenances (χ 2 = 6.37, DF = 1, P = 0.012), with trees from the Northeast group showing faster opening compared to the Southwest group ( Fig 5A ).
Although rs2476601 was not significantly associated with SLE (P = 0.20) in HS, this SNP was marginally significant with anti-nRNP positive SLE cases (P = 0.037, OR = 1.99; 108 cases positive, 229 cases negative) in case-only analysis ( Table 2 ).
For the previously reported SNP rs9939609 identified by GWAS for obesity phenotypes [9] , [10] , [11] , we only detected nominally significant association with spine BMD in the Chinese sample 1 ( P = 0.037).
Another interesting finding of CRC of all races in different age groups was that patients in their 4 th decade had the best prognosis; those older showed a trend of decreasing OS with increasing age, so did patients younger than 40 (p = 0.037).
Results Nominally significant differences in the allele frequencies for the rs1883832 CD40 gene polymorphism between RA patients and controls were found ( p = 0.038).
These results were consistent across all classification schemes except 6-McL, where despite a significant difference in overall climate (Z = 2.651, p = 0.010), PC1 was only marginally significant (Z = 2.219, p = 0.038, sequential Bonferroni-adjusted α = 0.010), and PC2 was not significant (Z = 1.280, p = 0.127; S3 Table ; see Discussion ).
Worthy of note is the highly significant decrease of sensitivity among the PTB patients in Heilongjiang (from 72.2% to 59.4%) ( p = 0.038), which was not the case in Zhejiang (from 98.7% to 97.3%) ( p = 0.68).
A weakly significant increase in the quality measure for statin therapy in the main analysis (95%CI, 0.0 to 1.8, p = 0.038) became insignificant in the sensitivity analysis (95%CI, 0.2 to 1.6, p = 0.112) ( S3 Table ).
Additional four windows (1, 3, 4 and 5) showed nominally significant global p-value with LDL-C confirming the independent effect of APOE 2440/rs769450 (p = 0.038).
A marginally significant relationship could be detected for past history of gynaecological operations (IHC: p = 0.038, ELISA: p = 0.099), hormone replacement therapy (ELISA: p = 0.097) and alcohol intake (IHC: p = 0.098).
Ratings for the low- and high- trustworthiness prototypes (stimuli S3 and S7) differed highly significantly with lower average ratings for S3 than S7 (S3: z = -0.39; S7: z = 0.40; paired t-test: t(499) = 14.2, p = 1.38e-38) while no such difference was apparent for control stimuli (S3: z = 0.03; S7:z = -0.09; t(499) = 2.08, p = 0.038 n.s. after Bonferroni correction).
Moreover, the association between infections and TLR4 showed a borderline effect in all patients (p = 0.051) and was nominally significant in the preemptive treatment group (p = 0.038).
Additionally, current smoking showed a highly significant association with low adherence to oral 5-ASA (current smoking: OR 4.06, 95% CI 1.08–15.18, p = .038).
For the P2 deflection, the ANOVA revealed approaching significance for an effect of “Eccentricity” ( F [1] , [17] = 5.06, p = 0.038, η p 2 = 0.23) at the chosen alpha level (Bonferroni-corrected for two ANOVAs: α = 0.05/2 = 0.025), suggesting a tendency of greater activation by central, than eccentric, sound.
regular universal primers) there was a highly significant difference between the read abundance of bifidobacteria using ‘bifidobacteria-optimised’ primers compared to regular primers ( P = 0.039, t = 0.0026, with Bonferonni correction for multiple testing), but no significant differences between any of the other OTUs ( P >1.4).
Evoked power responses demonstrated a borderline significant increase in the spindle frequency range (10–19 Hz) for up-targeted stimuli, relative to down-targeted ones, in a window from -50 to 480 ms (P = 0.039, Figure 3A ).
