after ICI initiation, although we observed a near-significant trend for cancer type ( p = 0.09), with NSCLC accounting for more than 60% of cases receiving antibiotics post-ICI initiation ( Supplementary Table S3 ). 3.2.

BRAF mutation status significantly associated with RAI-R tumors ( p = 0.010, Table 2 ) and showed only a positive trend of statistical association with disease recurrence/persistence ( p = 0.090), as previously shown [ 1 ].

Surprisingly, the survival analyses showed a trend between a worse overall survival (OS) and the amplification of TOP2A gene ( p = 0.09) ( Figure 1 C).

Patients in the intermediate/high-risk group showed a trend toward poorer long-term outcomes compared with those in the low-risk group (5-year FFS, 53.6% vs. 78.1%; p = 0.095; 5-year EFS, 53.6% vs. 71.3%; p = 0.23).

It is of note that there was no difference in OS when galectin-1 levels were separated into low, normal, and high values, as seen in Figure 6 A, albeit it approached significance ( p = 0.0953).

Our pilot data showed that CRC patients with DPP4-inhibitor treatment showed a trend of higher post-operative lymphocyte count ( p = 0.096, data not shown) when compared to the control group.

Estrogen receptor-positive cases showed a trend toward a lower risk of ipsilateral recurrence ( p = 0.096).
