Association of T2 lesion metrics with clinical outcome scores In the OPERA II dataset, log-transformed baseline T2 TLV showed a trend ( p = 0.06) towards association with CDP24 when using the GT or model-predicted masks (Table 4 ) in the univariable CPH analysis.
The association with cg25390787 (located in promotor region) was only borderline significant (p = 0.06) consistently for both atherosclerosis measures.
When we used these genes as a signature using a mean of expression of all genes (10 genes), we observed an association with favourable outcome, being statistically borderline significant for PD1 treatment, and the association was strongly positive for anti-CTLA4 or combinatorial therapies (Anti PD1: HR = 0.75; CI 0.56–1.01; p = 0.06; Anti CTLA4: HR = 0.42; CI 0.24–0.74; p = 0.002; Anti PD1 + Anti CTLA4: HR = 0.21; CI 0.07–0.61; p = 0.0018) (Fig. 7 b).
The greatest difference between serotypes observed was for serotype 23F where GMT was higher in the prime-boost group, 330.9 μ g/ml versus 31.56 μ g/ml in the unprimed group, although this was of borderline significance (p = 0.06) ( Table 3 ).
In addition, all the GBA1-PD patients were included in the “worsened” subgroup with a trend toward significance (p = 0.06) at the chi-square independence test.
Three-group comparisons showed, however, a marginally significant effect of group on TL in naïve cytotoxic T cells ( F [2,34] = 3.07, p = 0.06) and a significant effect on TL in memory cytotoxic T cells ( F [2,13.7] = 5.68, p = 0.02), with a stepwise decrease in TL from non-depressed control subjects over MDD patients without CSA to MDD patients with CSA, who presented the shortest TL.
The Poisson mixed model exploring the number of central details recalled 1 week after encoding revealed a marginally significant main effect of age group ( β = 0.21, SE = 0.11, χ 2 (1) = 3.55, 95% CI [-0.01, 0.43], p = 0.06), with a tendency of young adults reporting more central details than older adults, and a main effect of recall type ( β = − 0.61, SE = 0.04, χ 2 (1) = 184.10, 95% CI [− 0.69, − 0.52], p < 0.001; See Table 2 for mean values), with participants recalling more central details for videos recalled multiple times than only once.
For this dataset, both the TBF-c and TBF-n item groups showed a trend towards higher error rates after sleep [ t (29) = −1.93, p = 0.06; t (29) = 1.99, p = 0.06, respectively; Fig. 3 , right], but errors for these groups were not significantly different from one another [ t (29) = 0.31, p = 0.76].
This analysis yielded a marginally significant main effect of scalp location [ F (1, 23) = 3.82, p = 0.06, η p 2 = 0.14], showing that 8–13 Hz rhythm is tended to be suppressed stronger in central C3 and C4 sites; a significant interaction effect between chase type and scalp location [ F (1, 23) = 4.65, p = 0.04, η p 2 = 0.17].
The coefficient for Treatment was positive and marginally significant ( β = 1.05, SE = 0.56, Z = 1.88, p = 0.060), replicating the pattern in the 1-on-1 game, though the effect was weaker at the pair level.
For MEGA-PRESS, the ANOVA-RM showed a trend towards significance for the CPP-115 group ( F 3,9 = 3.59, p = 0.06) but not for the placebo cohort ( F 3,3 = 0.21, p = 0.90).
Compared with patients with > 2.00 g/dL of serum albumin concentration, those with 1.01–1.50 g/dL had a significantly lower cumulative probability of remission (P = 0.046) and those with ≤ 1.00 g/dL had lower cumulative probability of remission at marginally significant level (P = 0.060).
In a previous study 4 , a borderline significant relationship was found between mild COPD and CKD, while moderate COPD had a higher risk of CKD (mild COPD and CKD: OR: 1.23, 95% CI, 0.99-1.53, P = 0.06; moderate COPD and CKD: 1.33, 95% CI, 1.07-1.65, P = 0.01) and no significant association was found between severe COPD and CKD.
Instead, we find a marginally significant effect in the opposite direction—people select the aesthetic target on Trial 1 marginally more often b = −0.21, SE = 0.11, t = −1.90, p = 0.06.
The SS group showed significantly higher PC1 scores than both the HH group (Tukey HSD: z = 5.81, P < 0.01) and the HS group (Tukey HSD: z = 4.45, P < 0.01), while the difference between the HH and the HS groups were almost significant (Tukey HSD: z = 2.26, P = 0.06).
Fitting a quasibinomial GLM (dispersion = 5.47) showed the increase in M1% with generation number was significant for females (estimate: 0.37, t = 2.28, df = 6, p < 0.05) and bordered on significance for males (estimate: 0.28, t = 1.78, df = 6, p = 0.06).
Although ETO-curcumin treated mice demonstrated reduced spleen weight compared to DSS-treated group ( p < 0.05), standard curcumin treated group only showed a trend in spleen weight reduction ( p = 0.06; Fig. 2D ).
T1 competence showed a marginally significant positive association with T2 ignored ( β = 0.07, p = .06) and a significant negative association with T2 rejected ( β = − 0.07, p = .05).
In warming treatment plots, leaf length was also smaller in wet meadow than Dryas heath (linear comparisons, p = 0.0023), and almost significantly larger in wet meadow than in tussock tundra (linear comparisons, p = 0.06).
