Models were not over-dispersed (GLMM Experiment I,PC1 : P = 0.936; GLMM Experiment I,PC2 : P = 0.96; GLMM Experiment II,PC1 : P = 0.92.; GLMM Experiment II,PC2 : P = 1.0; GLMM Experiment III,PC1 : P = 0.856; GLMM Experiment III,PC2 : P = 0.88), no outliers were detected (all GLMMs: P = 1, except GLMM Experiment II,PC1 : P = 0.285), and visual inspection of the Q-Q plots confirmed the normality of the residuals with a single exception at the marginal significance level (Kolmogorov–Smirnov test, GLMM Experiment I,PC1 : P = 0.046; GLMM Experiment I,PC2 : P = 0.671; GLMM Experiment II,PC1 : P = 0.336; GLMM Experiment II,PC2 : P = 0.964; GLMM Experiment III,PC1 : P = 0.705; GLMM Experiment III,PC2 : P = 0.570).
Excerpts
Although individual comparisons at the level of individual gene loci failed to reach statistical significance (Fisher test, p > 0.05 for each gene locus), a marginally significant improvement in overall knock-in efficiency was seen when considering all the gene loci together (Chi squared, p = 0.046, Supplementary Table 6 ), although the large variability in efficiency caused by gene locus complicates this analysis approach (see below for a more rigorous approach).
Diet is found to have no statistical effect on neutral head posture (p-value = 0.516), and its relationship to the reconstructed cranial orientation is barely significant (p-value = 0.046).
Histopathological analysis Histopathological analysis revealed marginally significant differences across groups in duodenal inflammation severity (KW H = 5.833, p = 0.046) and colonic inflammation type (H = 5.333, p = 0.041).
There was a marginally significant effect of species in that orangutans performed slightly better than chimpanzees ( p =.046), but the full-null model comparison was not significant (likelihood ratio test full-null model comparison: X 2 = 4.69, df = 2, p =.096).
However, when using the AFO, there was a borderline significant increase in clearance (p = 0.046).
There was a marginally significant effect of noise on maximum distance (i.e., gesture size), χ 2 (2) = 6.16, p = 0.046.
Interestingly, we observed that frequencies of CD4 + CD28 null T cells showed a moderate correlation with both maximum CRP values after surgery (r = 0.214; p = 0.020) and a marginally significant correlation with the total leucocyte count after surgery (r = 0.185; p = 0.046) (Table 2 ).
In the two day 14 experiments where prevalence was higher by both ELISA and 18s PCR than by microscopy, differences in paired ELISA and PCR measures were non-significant or borderline significant (Day 14 Experiment 7, p = 0.046; Day 14, Experiment 8 p = 0.317).
Kruskal–Wallis test showed a slightly significant difference between treatments ( H = 7.990, df = 3, P = 0.0462).
Overall, a total of thirty-one SNPs were nominally significant (2.34 × 10 −4 < p < 4.66 × 10 −2 ) in this single SNP analysis.
A marginally significant difference was found between 14 SD FMs and 12 CS FMs (1.78 × 10 −3 mm 2 /s (IQR: 1.65–1.84 × 10 −3 ) vs. 1.66 × 10 −3 mm 2 /s (IQR: 1.60–1.73 × 10 −3 ), p = 0.047).
The borderline significant change detected in Jackson’s cross cylinder power vector component at 45° (unadjusted p = 0.047) is explained by a significant increase in older subjects with low to mid-range initial J45 values; values in younger subjects and in those with mid to high-range baseline readings did not change with advancing age (Fig. 2 ).
Additionally, patients with stage III-IV showed slightly higher METTL1 expression than those with stage I-II, with the difference being marginally significant ( p = 0.047) (Fig. 2 D).

Yet, IH patients had higher BMI (U = 4899.5, p < 0.001), they showed a trend towards more depression (U = 459.0, p = 0.047) and had more anxiety symptoms (U = 3332.0, p < 0.001) compared to healthy controls. 27 (36%) IH patients in our sample were overweight (25 ≤ BMI < 30), 11 (15%) were clinically obese (BMI > 30), 6 had clinical depression (suggested cut-off at 23 on the BDI-II) 36 and 10 had clinical anxiety (suggested cut-off at 16 on the BAI) 31 .
The difference between bacterial communities from the two canyons was weaker (R = 0.254) than the difference between the two species, and the difference was barely significant (p = 0.047).
borderline significancep = 0.047
SUGT1 is a previously unreported gene but has borderline significance only (p = 0.047).
However, subject age was marginally significant, with younger subjects reporting higher maximum pain (P = 0.047).
3.9%), this difference did not reach statistical significance and may be related to the higher prevalence of cardiovascular disease in the ClearHemograsper group (13.8% vs. 3.9%, p = 0.047).

45.2%) with borderline significance (adjusted RD = 26.01, p = 0.047), whereas no difference was seen in nondiabetics (Table 4 ; Fig. 3 a and b).
Another important finding was that male (615.6 ± 311.50 pg/ml) and female (701.5 ± 267.50 pg/ml) GAD patients showed no significant variation in serum IL-23 levels (p = 0.385, two-tailed student t-test). Association between different demographic and clinical covariates with GAD severity The correlation between IL-17A and GAD-7 scores was found to be statistically significant (r = 0.397, p = 0.032), with the correlation being most pronounced among females (r = 0.578, p = 0.048) and approaching significance among males (r = 0.459, p = 0.047) (Fig. 1 bi).
There was also a marginally significant positive correlation between ECI2 and EZH2 mRNA expression (F = 4.15, p = 0.047, Fig. 3 F).We observed a positive correlation between the mRNA expression and protein expression for each marker in the PC group.
