Only TLR9 was significantly up regulated in the early stages of infection and marginal significance was revealed for FoxP3 when both Groups 1 and 2 were compared with controls.

Although we must acknowledge the possibility of a false-positive finding, the improved renal function after CNI withdrawal is corroborated by the very highly significant reduction in chronic graft histopathology among those patients.

This meta-analysis also concluded that maternal asthma causes a borderline significant effect modification/interaction, based a more pronounced increase in the risk of childhood asthma when the prevalence of maternal asthma was lower.

An additional limitation of the phenology models used, which may have significant implications for their application to future climate scenarios, is their inability to capture the effect on plant growth and development of the projected increase in CO 2 concentrations: likely to be significant for C 3 crops such as the grapevine [ 74 ].

Risk exposure under different climate scenarios The higher temperatures predicted under future climate scenarios and time periods are reflected in projected increases in the seasonal growing degree days measured from 1 st April to 31 st October, with the historic weather record also showing an increasing trend in seasonal GDD since 1961, despite year-on-year variation ( Fig 2 ).

The medium stage of forest gaps illustrated an increasing trend in the contents of soil compaction and soil volumetric moisture content due to the adaptation to the gap disturbance and species composition.

Only a single gene set (GO0015464: acetylcholine receptor activity) was found nominally significant in both data sets by two of the four GSA methods.

Discussion In this study a genome-wide association analysis for autosomal recessive ichthyosis in Great Danes showed a highly significant peak on chromosome 9 near SLC27A4 .

High RPS20 expression showed a 2-fold increased likelihood of death only when using the continuous score methodology (data not shown) and approached significance with a binned methodology.

Despite differences in the landing technique among participants, the within-subject ANOVA revealed highly significant differences with increased gravity level, gravitational environment changes and interaction between gravity level and gravitational environment ( Table 2 ).
