Similarly, neither of the two-way interactions between Group and Session, for either regulars or irregulars, approached significance (regulars: B = −.002; t (2572) = −.10, p = .92; irregulars: B = −.016; t (2572) = −1.01, p = .31).
While we cannot conclusively resolve the G protein interaction in the ancestor of rhabdomeric+G o opsins or the ancestor of ciliary+rhabdomeric+G o clades, our reconstructed ancestral G protein interaction states for ciliary, rhabdomeric and G o are highly significant (P>0.95 for each) and are congruent with previous empirical biochemical studies [17] , [19] , [30] ( figure 6 ).
All other species were non-significant, however there was a marginally insignificant effect of CO 2 exposure on P. cylindrica (sequential permutation test for RDA, site: F (2, 43) = 1.0, p = 0.97; CO 2 exposure nested within site: F (3, 43) = 3.9, p = 0.06). which was not considered to be ecologically relevant (sampling was unbalanced as only one sample was found at Dobu High CO 2 , and only three of 49 samples yielded different types in the collection).
Using numerical simulations, we tested the robustness of the model choice procedure and found that a posterior probability of 0.771 for the strict isolation model was highly significant ( P = 0.975; Text S1 , Fig.
When subject G was excluded, a second-degree fitting reveals a decreasing trend (R 2 Adj = −0.14, p = 0.98) for maximal squat force relative to fiber area.
When comparing the results from unsupervised clustering to the four subtype classification suggested by Verhaak et al using the 840-gene expression based signature, we found a highly significant overlap ( P = 9.88×10 −1 , Fisher’s Exact Test for lack of overlap) ( Table S1 and Figure S1 ), although this result could have been influenced by the inclusion of GBMs from Rembrandt.
However, the correlation between the number of daily walking steps and TST was attenuated to a nonsignificant trend after adjusting for covariates ( β = −0.001, 95% CI: −0.066 to 0.065, p = 0.99).
Neither of these fixed effects approached significance, F(1,15) = 4.64, p = .995 and F(1,15) = 2.53, p = 1 respectively); their interaction was also not reliable, F(1,15) = 4.71, p = .503).

Because the results do not show a clear trend, the uncertainty at 95% confidence interval is estimated as (12) U C p = 1 . 5 ( max C p C p , base - min C p C p , base ) = 1 . 4 % .
Under the Granger causality test, SMP was highly significant for many more trees than was TEMP in the wet period ( F -values for p = 2, Table D in S1 Appendix 1): 15 for the former, and six for the latter variable, out of 18 at P ≤ 0.01.
The effects of both run and session were not significant ( p >3 and p >2 respectively) and the Session x Run interaction showed a trend towards significance ( F [6] , [42] = 1.89, p = 106).
Contrary to expectations, we did not find either δ 18 O or δ 2 H correlated with altitude, probably because we considered a wide area characterised by fairly significant climatic variability which may have masked the altitude effect.
Although nine of the 74 models were nominally significant at α = 0.05, this was not much higher than might be expected by chance, and the directions of the associations were inconsistent and contradictory.
However, without removal of the outlier, only marginally significant correlations were shown between the biomass ratio (log-transformed) and allochthony in any of the groups ( Table 1 ).
The perceived quality of hearing was worse in the N-Acetylcysteine group at 6 weeks, but this difference was only marginally significant and not present at 1 year.
These confounding factors most likely did not occur however, since the results from the statistics showed a strong trend in overall learning with both frequent gamers and non-gamers, which most likely would have been less pronounced had our subjects been sleep-deprived.
Stormwater runoff pollution is a very serious problem, and the temporal and spatial variations in this pollution process can be quite significant in rapidly industrialized cities, because fast urbanization and industrialization are usually characterized by an increase in the number of factories and population density, as well as the drastic changes in land-use, moving from farmland and green land to impervious surfaces [ 12 ].
