≤ 3 mm) was significantly associated with lower survival ( P = 0.03), whereas DFS showed a trend ( P = 0.18).
≤ 3 mm) was significantly associated with lower survival ( P = 0.03), whereas DFS showed a trend ( P = 0.18).
Calculating overall survival starting with the first diagnosis of metastasis, patients carrying a B-RAF mutation revealed a trend to a decreased survival compared to patients with wildtype B-RAF (p = 0.052, tissues; p = 0.072, cell lines), whereas patients carrying an N-RAS mutation showed a trend towards a favorable survival compared to patients without N-RAS mutation (p = 0.18, tissues; p = 0.12, cell lines).
After 2 d of HFD, the expressions of Il-7 and Ebf-1, critical to early B-cell development, were down −20% ( P = 0.08) and −11% ( P = 0.06), while Pax-5 expression, a marker indicating an intermediate stage of development, showed only a slight trend in reduction relative to RD (−9%; p = 0.18).
Again, no interactions involving memory and SF approached significance (SF×memory (F(1,15) = 2.0, p = .18), SF×memory×ISI (F(1,15) = 1.4, p = .25), SF×memory×target presence (F(1,15) = .41, p = .53)).
The Grade effect remained highly significant both when considering original RT, F (3,83)=6.29; η 2 p = 0.18; p < 0.001, and proportionally transformed RT, F (3,83)=3.21; η 2 p = 0.19; p = 0.027).
There was a slight trend in the same direction for median TTF in the low TS expression group to the high expression group (12.3 vs.11.7 mo, HR 0.82, 95% CI: 0.33 to 2.0, Log-rank p = 0.18) that did not reach statistical significance.
The American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) recommends avoidance of IEN in high-risk patients based on 2 small RCTs which showed a trend towards higher mortality with IEN (13.9% IEN vs 7.4% CEN; p = 0.18) and increased risk of ventilator association pneumonia with IEN (49.3% IEN vs 30.9% CEN, p=0.02) [ 1 , 7 , 8 ].
The combination with T cells plus anti-4-1BB showed a trend towards increased survival over anti-4-1BB alone (80% survival; p = 0.18).
There was a nonsignificant trend toward increased overexpression of HER2 in HGD lesions (5.3% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.187) ( Fig 2 ).
However, for aD NDF and aD ADF, particularly stomach type approached significance in both models, and body mass in the model for aD ADF (whole model: R 2 = 0.170, p = 0.187 and R 2 = 0.252, p = 0.074; body mass F = 2.252, p = 0.150 and F = 3.025, p = 0.074; stomach type: F = 3.866, p = 0.064 and F = 3.025, p = 0.074, respectively).
Although not significant, there was a trend towards significance for MCOLN1 risk variants in LBD ( p = 0.189) and ADLBV ( p = 0.072).
(e) On doing this, the MV skew became stronger than for raw data in the present dataset, but this is of less concern; the Mardia kurtosis that was highly significant in the raw values, though still positive (1.3) became NS (p=0.19) on the residuals.
The only results approaching borderline significance concerned comparisons between averaged AI and poor health status in the overall GNKQ-R (P = .19), Section 1 (P = .07), and Section 4 (P = .10).
Performance in this task and reading competence showed a weak trend of positive correlation ( r = 0.24, p = 0.19).
Even though there was a weak trend for association of the insulin-desensitizing minor A-allele of FNDC5 SNP rs726344 with higher FNDC5 mRNA contents (p = 0.19), this SNP’s MAF was too low to allow a reliable evaluation (only four heterozygous and no homozygous carriers of the minor allele were present among the myotube donors).
0.87±0.24 in CC/CG p = 0.87), even if a weak trend was observed in patients <50 years (0.79±0.21 in GG vs. 0.72±0.19 in CC/CG, p = 0.19) ( Figure 1C ).
When applying a cluster based randomization test including all sensors, there was a weak trend (55–65 Hz, 0.0–3.0 s, p = 0.19).
Although the pre-treatment analysis did not yield any significant p-values, perhaps due to the small sample size of the pre-treatment high risk group, a total of 54 miRNAs approached significance (p = 0.19).
Twenty-eight patients with at least minimal response showed a trend toward lower detection rate of MYD88 L265P mutation (25.0% vs. 66.7%, P = 0.19) and mutant allele burden (median, 0.00% vs. 0.22%, P = 0.07), compared to 3 patients less than minimal response.
In the adjusted logistic regression model for delirium, nurse-led management showed a nonsignificant trend toward reduced delirium (adjusted OR, 0.58; 95% CI, 0.26–1.30; P = 0.190) ( Table 5 ).
Although the trends are clear, because of the limited sample size of the cohort of patients for which follow-up data were available (A-L group n = 13; C-L group n = 11), the differences are marginally insignificant (p<0.191, logrank test).
Although none of the interactions was close to significance (all F < 1.50, p > .192), indicating congruency in all contingency conditions, we again tested our predictions for the different contingency types by separately assessing congruency effects.
Significant and marginally significant linear and polynomial regressions are shown for each enzyme and each soil characteristic, P <0.2.
The variables found to significantly associate ( p< 0.05) with outcomes variables or marginally significant ( p< 0.20) in the univariate analysis, or that had a clinical relevance were selected in the multivariate model.
However, because the total positive work reduction during T L was 0.230 ± 0.094 J/kg, the total positive work during T L + T FCA = [0%, 64%] showed a trend of reduction by 0.088 ± 0.108 J/kg ( p < 0.2).
