Comparisons indicated that increases in children’s fear beliefs due to fear pairing were approaching borderline significance, F (1, 28) = 3.19, p = .085, r = .32, showing a medium-sized effect ( Cohen, 1988 , 1992 ), and decreases due to happy pairing were highly significant, F (1, 28) = 25.11, p < .001, r = .69.

Regarding family income, only those from the lowest category level had a higher prevalence (PR = 2.32, 95%CI 1.01–5.31) compared with the highest, approaching borderline significance at P = 0.047.

In group B, all the corneal front parameters were statistically significant, with K2 approaching borderline significance ( p = 0.049).

Discussion In our review of 1372 propensity matched patients with T2DM presenting for elective, primary TJA, we found that the administration of DEX was associated with significantly increased POD 0, POD 1, and POD 2 mean and maximum blood glucose as well as increased odds of being hyperglycemic on POD 0, and the odds of being hyperglycemic on POD 1 approaching borderline significance.

Conversely, all point estimates for hygienic tampon use were above the null with Subgenus 2 infections approaching borderline significance and transient infections being statistically significant (OR = 1.48, 95 % CI: 1.00–2.20).
