In contrast with sugar-fed adult females, the relative density of w Flu significantly changed with age in blood-fed adult females (Kruskal-Wallis test, P = 0.0051), while there was a similar, but marginally non-significant, trend with absolute densities (Kruskal-Wallis test, P = 0.0819) ( Figure 7 ).
These analyses revealed a statistically significant interaction of Gender of the Perceiver x Verbal Aggression (Standardized Beta = -.43; t = -2.01; p = .045) and marginally significant interactions for Gender of the Perceiver x AQ Total score (Standardized Beta = -.39; t = -1.74; p = .082), and Gender of the Perceiver x Hostility (Standardized Beta = -.30; t = -1.71; p = .087).
When the model with stress and predictors was adjusted for covariates ( Table 3 ) the effect of depressive symptoms became only marginally significant (p = 0.082), while the effect of change in pregnancy-related anxiety remained insignificant (p = 0.214).
On the other hand, the s1 derivative is significantly more virulent than the 3069 mutant ( P = 0.043) and almost significantly different from the parental strain ( P = 0.0820).
The only potentially significant individual predictor of change in UPDRS motor scores was the antero-posterior coordinate of the GPi lead (more anterior lead locations resulted in a worse outcome), but this was only a statistical trend (p<.082).
Response latencies for dynamic emotion stimuli The main effect of ‘sex’ showed a trend towards significance ( F (1,124) = 3.08, p = .082, Cohen’s d = 0.34) with females ( M = 924, SE = 32, 95% CI [863, 989]) overall responding 88ms faster than males ( M = 1012, SE = 39, 95% CI [937, 1092]) on average.
A significant negative relationship between δ 13 C and N mass was found for most of the functional groups studied, although the relationship was not significant for annual herbaceous ( r = -0.234, p = 0.251) or evergreen woody plants ( r = -0.003, p = 0.989), and it was only marginally significant for ferns ( r = -0.521, p = 0.082)( Table 1 , Fig 3B–3I ).
Over the 12 week period, a significant effect of time, indicating an improvement from baseline was observed for both stride length (p = 0.045) and walking speed (p = 0.046) and just failed to reach significance for ankle angle at Initial Contact (IC) (p = 0.082).
Following up on these two-way interactions, we found that blind participants responded more accurately than sighted participants following stimulus pairs that were anatomically incongruent under anatomical instructions and externally incongruent under external instructions (all p < 0.05, bold font in Table 4 ; as one exception, this difference was only marginally significant after Holm correction for external instructions with differentially oriented hands, corrected p = 0.082).
There was no statistically significant gender difference in the 2-year cumulative incidence of arthropathy; however, there was an apparent trend that male mice had a somewhat higher cumulative incidence than female mice ( Figure 1C , right; P = 0.082, one-tailed Fisher's exact test).
By contrast, the effect of increasing content of flavonoids on the pupal mass of larvae originating from Jurmo tended to differ among the plant populations indicated by the nearly significant interaction between plant population and flavonoid content (F 1,26 = 3.276, p = 0.082; Fig. 3 ).
Average productivity between 2000 and 2007 (0.708; n = 8; SE = 0.0144) was higher than it was between 2008 and 2010 (0.65; n = 3; SE = 0.03), and the difference was marginally statistically significant (t = 2, df = 9; p = 0.082).
The paths to SDQ total scores from mAge acceleration and visual attention to the eyes also showed a tendency toward significance (b 1 = 1.23, SE = 0.71, P = 0.082; b 2 = -8.08, SE = 4.33, P = 0.062), along with a direct path from group to SDQ total scores [c = 4.566, SE = 1.13, P = 5.12e-05, and c’ = 3.60, SE = 1.11, P = 1.21e-03].
The interaction between type of stimulus and lexicality approached significance in the analyses by participants, F 1(1,26) = 3.28, p = .082; F 2 < 1—this reflected a small overall advantage of SIM vs.
Although the difference of 1p/19q co-deletion was not statistically significant in temporal oligodendroglial tumors, the trend was marginally significant ( P = 0.082).
Barbel annual size increment was positively correlated to the proportion of days with discharge equal to zero recorded in T9 (Pearson’s r = 0.773; P = 0.024), whereas a marginally significant correlation ( r = 0.602; P = 0.082) was found between chub increment and air temperature measured in St.
No significant association was observed between periodontitis and breast cancer (p = 0.608), while the association between periodontitis and prostate cancer tended towards significance (p = 0.082).
Following UV light exposure, levels of ROS increased in all tested groups (BNP and LNP) compared to controls and approached significance (p = 0.0828) Fig 5 .
