Leaf Number, a measure of developmental rate, has a nearly significant correlation with NDVI in each treatment (p<0.07) and is significantly correlated with NDVI if only S. arcanum and S. habrochaites accessions are considered ( Table 1 ).

The association between HPV 16 lineage A and staging reached borderline significance (p = 0.07).

The interaction between condition and time bin was nearly significant ( F (,2,112) = 2.73, p = 0.070) lending support to the hypothesis that direct interaction accelerated the escalation of confidences.

Adult return rate between years At Shetland, 86% ( n = 43) of the birds breeding in 2009 returned in 2010; return was significantly and negatively related to ∑BDE (Logistic regression: χ 2 1, 49 = 5.72, P = 0.007; estimate = -2.27 ± 0.94 SE; Fig 7 ), and marginally significant for ∑OC (χ 2 1, 49 = 3.02, P = 0.07; estimate = -1.08 ± 0.62 SE; Fig 7 ).

In the high nutrient treatment, the mean PC1 score of each species native to LNS was significantly higher than its sister species native to HNS, although this difference was marginally significant between H . annuus and H . argophyllus (p = 0.07; Figs 2 and 3A ).

Semi-quantitative analysis of hepatic C3c protein levels by Western blotting showed a trend towards an increase in C3c protein levels in subjects with NASH as compared with subjects with healthy livers (2.29±0.57 vs. 1.35±0.50; p = 0.07; figure 2A ).

When evaluated by region, asymmetry of Per1 levels exceeded that in unsplit controls at 9 h before AO and at activity onset in the medial region (p<0.05; figure S5 ) and approached significance in the perifornical region at 9 h pAO versus unsplit controls (p = 0.07).

Patients with ATTR-CA had similar LVEF but a clear trend for larger LV mass index (157.1±60.6 g/m 2 vs. 121.0±39.5 g/m 2 , p = 0.07) and a larger proportions of ATTR-CA patients had IVS thickness >13 mm (57.1% vs 13.1%, p = 0.02) as compared to HF patients with no ATTR-CA.

Similarly, patients with a large lymph node burden as compared to primary tumor burden also showed a trend toward decreased survival (pre-treatment HR 4.52, 95% CI [1.43–14.33], p = 0.07; post-treatment HR 5.48, 95% CI [1.70–17.62], p = 0.06).

One minor area of concern is that the authors use the term "approached signfiicance" or near-significant (p=0.07) describing the relationship between self-reported health status and legal immigration status.

There was a trend toward significance with overall survival as well with larger pre-treatment lymph node volume (HR 1.02, 95% CI [1.00–1.04], p = 0.07) and larger post-treatment lymph node volume (HR 1.04, 95% CI [1.01–1.08], p = 0.07) predicting worse overall survival.

The same association is seen for those relatives who are also frequently contacted, though it is only marginally significant (chi-square association significance p = 0.07).

Although we also found a trend towards significance for the interaction between diurnal cortisol slope and IL-6 (p = .07) as well as AUCg and CRP (p = .06), power is limited.

Disturbed communities had a marginally significant lower density of organisms ( F 1,90 = 3.4, P = 0.07), while there was no significant interaction among these two factors on density ( F 8,90 = 0.8, P = 0.6).

Also the three-way interaction among Emotional content, Anterior-Posterior, and Hemisphere approached significance (F (2,58) = 3.19, p = 0.07).

The difference in chitotriosidase activity showed a trend ( p = 0.07).

However, MIWI2 −/− mice showed a trend towards a higher MCV at the 12-month time point that nearly reached statistical significance (p = 0.07).

Social anxiety For IAS, a 2 × 2 ANOVA revealed that the interaction effect of time × group was significant, F (1,49) = 21.39, p <0.01, η p 2 = 0.30; the main effect of time was significant, F (1,49) = 4.97, p <0.01, η p 2 = 0.09; but the main effect of group was only marginally significant, F (1,49) = 3.41, p = 0.07, η p 2 = 0.07.

These effects of tempo on both CVs and key velocities were observed in all pianists, as indicated by non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis tests (for Pianists 2–4, p <.05; Pianist 1, p = .07, marginally significant).

Planned comparisons using TI as a reference class showed no significant difference for MCS (B = 1.13, SE = 2.91, t = 0.39, p = .70) and marginally significant differences for LI (B = −5.29, SE = 2.93, t = −1.81, p = .07) and PVS (B = 5.43, SE = 2.92, t = 1.86, p = .06, with judgments of appropriateness being lower an higher, respectively, as compared to TI.

Across the group as a whole there was still a significant relationship between SUVR and hippocampal atrophy rate (p = 0.02); the relationship with ventricular expansion was now significant (p = 0.04), and with whole brain atrophy rate borderline significant (p = 0.07).

The OR of methylated BRCA1 was significantly increased among those who reported smoking longer than 31 years (OR = 1.83, 95CI: 1.08–3.13), with a trend of borderline significance (p = 0.070).

PCL-5 scores were significantly higher in the SHI group but differences became marginally non-significant (p = 0.070) when scores were converted using criteria for PTSD diagnosis, although the magnitude of difference in proportions was large ( Table 2 ).

The interaction cueing x group was also significant, F (3, 187) = 3.40, p = .02, η 2 = .05 and the interaction position x group approached significance, F (3, 187) = 2.41, p = .07, η 2 = .04.

These studies showed a trend towards increased plaque size in thoracic-abdominal aortas of Cx47 -/- Apoe -/- mice ( Fig 10A , p = 0.07).
