Post hoc analyses revealed a significant MCL difference between 5C-CPT and 1CRT task performance, but only a trend towards significance between the 5C-CPT and 5CSR task (p = 0.066), and the 1CRT task and 5CSR task (p = 0.054).
The linear trend effect was marginally significant ( F 1,9 = 4.37, P = 0.066) explaining 49% of apparent dispersal variation in wet years, whose model averaged estimates (Table S1 in File S4 ) linearly decreased from 0.16 (SE = 0.03) to 0.09 (SE = 0.03) ( Figure 2 ).
Participants’ accuracy was significantly better ( t (14) = 2.19, p = .046) on congruent trials ( M = 97.9, SD = 1.73) than incongruent trials ( M = 93.6, SD = 6.74) after reading, although the interaction between testing session and congruency did not quite reach significance ( F (1, 14) = 3.70, p = .066).
The top model selected via AIC for PC1 had age and study site, with study site being significant (p = 0.008 from F-test comparing it to model with only age) and age showing a borderline significant association (p = 0.066).
Additionally, in the latter treatment, there was more than a two-fold decrease in vitellogenin expression (t 4 = 6.763, p<0.0025), whereas this effect in promethazine was positive, although not quite significant (t 4 = 2.511, p>0.066).
On several occasions, differences in IFNγ up-regulation between groups approached significance (PMAio 5h August p = 0 . 066 , PMAPHA 5h February p = 0 . 067 ).
Furthermore, the SPD +IA group showed a trend towards slower RT than the SPD group (p = .066, d = .65), but the SPD group showed no significant differences from the TDC cohorts (p = .55, d = .23).
However, under oxidative condition, the treatment by age interaction tended towards significance (P = 0.066), showing that HRP permeability tended to be transiently higher in offspring born to ATB-treated mothers at day 14 compared to day 42 (P < 0.10), while these differences were not significant in CTL offspring and were not different from values in ATB offspring aged 42 days ( Table 1 ).
However, our reanalysis of [ 13 ] showed that this trend effect fell short of significance (exact p = .066) in this first, smaller, of the two studies [ 13 , 14 ], being nominally significant ( p = .029) only in the second, larger one [ 14 ].
Neither change in intake in recommended diet foods nor change in spectrophotometry score made a unique contribution, though the latter approached significance (beta = .372, p = .066).
There was no significant difference between HIV-1 positive and HIV-1 negative women in MMP9 (p = 0.91), but marginally significant in MMP2 (p = 0.066) and Gal-13 (p = 0.060).
BTM samples were the only sample type to have more samples identified as positive by multiplex probe PCR (n = 11) than by culture (n = 4), with the difference approaching significance (P = 0.066).
A trend of increasing risk with increasing category of exposure was only observed for lower GI series or barium enema (p<0.001) although it approached significance for exposure to x-ray or CT (p = 0.066).
Again it was only the maternal grandmother's age that entered the model (P = 0.004); once again, however, the paternal grandmother's age was of borderline significance in the presence of the maternal grandmother's age (P = 0.066) and the mother's age given that of her own mother was not statistically significant (P = 0.169).
Neither males nor females displayed a significant relationship between elbow joint angle and body mass, though males in the sample had a positive trend of body mass on elbow angle (r 2 = 0.176, p = 0.066).
A positive association of totT with CBF was observed (r = 0.167, P = 0.023), which was marginally significant after restricting analysis to HT non-users (r = 0.161, P = 0.066).
Pheophytin, an indicator of dead phytoplankton, was also highest in freshwater and lowest in emergent salt marsh, but this effect was marginally significant ( F 5 , 30 = 2.34, P = 0.066; Means ± SD: freshwater = 15.84 ± 9.79 μg/L, tidal-forested = 10.39 ± 3.40 μg/L, transitional = 8.91 ± 4.42 μg/L, emergent salt marsh = 5.00 ± 4.28 μg/L, mudflat = 11.44 ± 10.44 μg/L, eelgrass = 5.03 ± 2.85 μg/L).
Respiration rates after 6 months in the treatments were not significantly influenced by acidification, but tended to be lower in acidified conditions (reflected in a marginally significant interaction between pH and acclimation: F 1 = 4.513, p = 0.066; S2 Table ; Fig 2D ).
However, MOS showed a trend toward a decreased F4/80 expression mainly on HFD ( P = 0.066; Fig 2F ; Table 2 ) which was likely due to an interaction with diet (LFD/HFD)( P = 0.086; Fig 2F ; Table 2 ).
