Myalgia was the only individual TMD diagnosis which was almost significantly different for condyle modeling ( p = 0.06), and emerged as the solitary clinical diagnosis most related to abnormal modeling ( Table 3 ).
However, this association was not strictly significant (p = 0.06).
Close inspection of our data revealed a main effect of rod starting position, close to significance, in the haptic modality of response (F(1, 12) = 4.127, p = 0.06).
Besides a borderline significance for malignancy ( P = 0.06; hazard ratio, 2.4; CI: 0.97–4.27), the other aforementioned parameters, including early shunt failure, did not show any significant effect.
SPECT/CT was significantly more accurate for experienced than for inexperienced readers (p < 0.001), while there was borderline significance concerning MRI (p = 0.06).
In ntBDNF RGCs, there was also a strong trend for a larger dendritic field area compared to ntGFP cells (p = 0.06; Fig. 5B ).
