At one-month post-procedure, patients’ AST values demonstrated a trend towards improvement with a decrease of 5.4%, which approached but did not reach significance (P = 0.058).

Expression of non-aggregating GFP-TRIOBP-4 instead also led to a more subtle increase in cell body length relative to those expressing GFP alone, however this fell just short of significance after Bonferroni correction (p = 0.058, figure 6B ).

While the DSR-all was not significantly different for the two patient groups at T1, this difference just missed significance at T2 (t(41) = -1.95, P = 0.058).

A similar pattern close to significance was found for yolk P 4 content ( F (2,62) = 2.99; p = 0.058).

We also performed regression analysis for the DAN and VAN in the alpha band, demonstrating that correlation between the VAN and USN index showed a trend for significance (F(1,11) = 4.403, p = 0.058, r 2 = 0.286), while correlation in the DAN did not reach significant level (F(1,11) = 1.442, p = 0.255, r 2 = 0.116) ( Figure 5 ).

Furthermore, an interesting additional finding is the borderline non-significant enhancement of serum IL-17A levels ( P = 0.058) in CD patients with increased fecal calprotectin levels.

In addition, we also observed a four-way interaction (involving threat, target group, context, and sex), that approached significance (F(1,56) = 3.731, p = .058, η 2 ρ = .062).

1XMETH significantly reduced density of TH fibers in SNpr (Two-way ANOVA, treatment p<0.001, F (2,48) = 98.444; p<0.001, post hoc Newman-Keuls test; Fig 5A, B ) in both Nurr1 +/+ (n = 10) and +/− (n = 10) mice; Nurr1 +/− mice showed a trend towards greater decrease in THir in SNpr (Two-way ANOVA, p = 0.058, post hoc Newman-Keuls test). 2XMETH caused a further reduction in TH fiber density in SNpr in both Nurr1 +/+ (n = 8) and +/− (n = 7) animals (Two-way ANOVA, p<0.001, post hoc Newman-Keuls test).

There were no significant differences in patient characteristics between surgical and endovascular revision groups, although the endovascular group showed a trend toward older age ( P = 0.058).

In a univariate analysis the presence of RUNX1 was associated with poorer cancer-specific survival for patients with ER- tumours ( Table 4 , p <0.05) and showed a tendency towards significance as an independent prognostic marker in multivariate analysis (p = 0.058).

Irrigation level effects were borderline significant (p = 0.058), and there was no significant interaction between the two experimental treatment factors on °Brix.

Reproductive effects of POPs Compared with successful females, females losing their eggs at Bjørnøya in 2009 had higher plasma concentrations of ∑OC, with marginal significance (Mean ± SE: 2696±280 vs . 1984 ± 328 ng/g, wt. weight; Logistic regression: χ 2 1, 39 = 3.60, P = 0.058; estimate successful = -0.98± 0.54 SE), but not ∑BDE ( P = 0.62).

There was a significant decrease in infection prevalence from early March to late March in the sedentary population ( P = 0.024) and a marginally significant decrease in infection prevalence from early March to late March in the migrant population ( P = 0.058) ( Fig 2A ).

We also found a nearly significant negative correlation between female touches and ejection latency (First visit: Spearman R = -0.36, p = 0.058; per visit: Spearman R = -0.61, p < 0.001; N = 29).
