Interestingly, differences between T and 11KT induced expression were statistically significant for KLK3 (10 nM treatment) and FKBP5 (1 and 10 nM treatments), and approached significance for TMPRSS2 (p = 0.052, 1 nM treatment; p = 0.053, 10 nM treatment).
The significant terms were “extracellular region part” (P < 0.05) with 14% of genes, amongst those corticotropin releasing hormone binding protein (CRHBP) and oxytocin (OXT) , “sensory perception” (P < 0.05), and the almost significant term “neurological system process” (P = 0.052).
In contrast, HER2 amplifications and BRAF mutations were associated with KRAS wild type with borderline significance ( P = 0.052 and 0.094, respectively).
Marginal significance ( P = 0.052) was obtained for the whole Ter River basin (b = –0.455); however, this significance disappeared when the analysis focused on the mainstem of the river (CL, VE, TO, and TV locations).
However, in the multivariate Cox regression analysis, that also takes other clinicopathological variables into account, lamin A slightly failed to reach statistical significance (p = 0.052, Table 4 ) suggesting that it is not an independent predictive marker different from lamin B1.
With data from May 2020, a higher recommended distance was associated with a lower transmission rate, as expected, although this effect was marginally non-significant ( Table 1 , β = -0.912, SE = 0.48, P = 0.052, model using Arroyo-Marioli et al. data [ 35 ], β = -0.88, SE = 0.48, P = 0.06, model using Ritchie et al. data [ 36 ]).
However, in the current study, the waist-to-height ratio of anthropometric index showed a negative trend with sperm concentration with only borderline significance ( p = 0.052) and a statistically inverse association with normal sperm morphology ( p = 0.004).
KIR2DL2/KIR2DL2 IP infants had a strong trend of lower representation of homozygous KIR2DL2 compared to EU infants ( P = 0.052; OR = 0.16), and this trend was maintained post MVL adjustment ( Table 2: P = 0.058; OR = 0.13).
In low resource enclosures, fish abundance and mean chlorophyll- a concentrations over time showed a trend for a positive correlation to each other (Spearman's rank-order correlation, r s = 0.8, p = 0.052) and chlorophyll- a concentrations were in range with those found in Lake Krankesjön during the experimental time.
The Δ 13 C cons-diet values of Daphnia showed a positive trend with the carbon content of their diet, which was not significant (Pearson: r = -0.55, p = 0.052; Fig 6d ).
Our results showed that pre-Losartan treatment caused a reduction in the cerebral blood flow, which was significant compared to the control (*P<0.05), and marginally non-significant compared to the spike protein group (P = 0.052).
Subsequent analysis of the mean serum 25(OH)D concentrations of the 3 groups: controls (n = 116), IBD with elevated ESR (n = 19), and IBD with normal ESR (n = 37), showed a near-significant difference in 25(OH)D between the groups (ANOVA p = 0.052).
The complete re-sequencing of the 56 mtDNAs belonging to H5 revealed that AD patients showed a trend towards a higher number (p = 0.052) of sporadic mutations in tRNA and rRNA genes when compared with controls.
Although higher MAP was associated with higher RWT (P = 0.043), there was a borderline significant association of DBP with RWT (P = 0.052) and there was no significant association of SBP with RWT (P = 0.42).
Female+Bi-sexual) and variation in group size (P = 0.022, Table 2 ), and a marginally significant interaction for variation in sex ratio (P = 0.052, Table 2 ).
Because the species effect on the number of males was slightly significant ( t = 1.973, p = 0.052, RD = 28.92 on 70 df , DP = 0.392) we decided to analyze HM and MBM separately.
However, when using Cramer's Phi as effect size parameter, relevant associations between COR week 5 improvement and clinical outcome (response rate, remission rate) could be shown for the reboxetine group which were nearly significant (response rate: Phi = 0.435; p = 0.052; remission rate: Phi = 0.546; p = 0.051), whereas no such association were seen in the mirtazapine group ( Table 3 ).
There was a borderline significant association between birth weight, adjusted for gestational age and baby sex and methylation of LINE1 (−13.5 95% CI −27.2,0.1; p = 0.052; g/% change in methylation) and IGF2 (−6.1 95% CI −12.2, −0.1; p = 0.052; g/% change in methylation).
Participants became faster at completing the VAAST on their second attempt (post-intervention) [ t( 50) = 9.70, p < .001, d = 1.36] and correspondingly there was a marginally nonsignificant reduction in their time estimates [ t( 50) = 1.99, p = .052, d = 0.28].
