There is a clear trend for premolar size reduction from early Homo to H. erectus , but the premolars of DAN5/P1 are small even in comparison with early African, Georgian, and Indonesian H. erectus .

In sharp contrast, the scattering pattern for path 2 displays an unexpected trend: products from low-partial-wave collisions exhibit forward scattering, whereas high-partial-wave collisions predominantly yield backward scattering.
Since the associations at this locus were highly significant, we looked for variants that might affect protein structure and function.
The result showed that the total serine level of NRF1 was significantly increased, but the total threonine phosphorylation level showed a decreasing trend under DNA damage (Supplementary Fig. 6 a, b).
sQTLs that were also eQTLs First, GTEx variants were filtered for those that were both nominally significant sQTLs (.v8.sqtl_signifpairs.txt) and nominally significant eQTLs (.v8.egenes.txt) in the same tissue (GTEx browser) .
Sedimentary archives from the ECS reveal a striking divergence: while δ 13 C org exhibits an increasing trend, 10 of 13 cores show coherent declines in δ 15 N from the early 1900s to present, with an average rate of −1.09 ± 0.48‰ per century (Supplementary Figs. 8 and 9a–b ).
Conversely, a weak trend between MW and toxicity suggests that heavier compounds are less toxic.
2e shows the winter NPP calculated in the grid with the highest observation frequency, displaying a positive trend of winter NPP rate.
In contrast to the climate models, historical observations suggest that the ITF transport showed no significant trend during the past century or even an increasing trend during the recent decades when the ocean has been rapidly warming 11 , 30 , 31 , 33 , 34 .
Many of the genes involved in the 50 highest ranking triples have already been linked to AML in the literature (see SI for Table S3 for a list of highly significant triples and Table S4 with links to the literature associating the involved genes with AML).
Subperiod-specific, pooled RRs at the 99th percentile of daily warm-season temperatures showed a negative trend over the study period (Fig. 2c ), suggesting a decreasing vulnerability of the German population to heat over time.
Among the 2465 CHIP variable-protein pairs being compared (493 proteins × 5 CHIP variables [ DNMT3A, TET2, ASXL1, JAK2 , and composite CHIP]), 30.8% was nominally significant in at least one of the SomaScan-based and Olink-based results.
The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of 50 μm Li||Ni92 cells at different state of charges (SOCs) shows that the cell with the GMFN shows a decreasing trend of impedance from the 1 st to 10 th cycle (Supplementary Fig. 35 ).
As satellite retrievals and reanalysis products indicate a positive trend in Q v near the surface over the last four decades 41 , the connection between water vapor and σ W explains some of the positive trends depicted in Fig. 1 .
However, the D208N mutant showed a clear trend towards hexamer formation even before incubation, with the hexamer fraction becoming dominant at equilibrium (Fig. 2f , middle).
Although the difference was not statistically significant, a clear trend towards an increased expression pattern was observed in the CIP group compared with the CTL group (Supplementary Fig. 3d , e ).
intestini exhibited a decreasing trend (Fig. 3C ).
While existing studies show an overall trend, location-specific decoupling of WASH characteristics and their impact on AMR is needed to implement site-specific interventions.
Systematic optimization across a temperature range of 800–1300 °C revealed a clear trend in phase evolution.
Furthermore, our results reveal a clear trend in which the optimal CN Pt-Pt increases with the molecular size of the cycloalkane, reflecting the influence of reactant molecular structure on the active site requirements.
This revealed a strong and highly significant increase in H2A.Z fluorescence from P7 to P12 oocytes (Fig. 1e ), reflecting the increases in H2A.Z enrichment observed from the ChIP-seq data.
As a result, the dielectric loss tangent (tan δ ε ) of IL-P shows an increasing trend, as shown in Supplementary Fig. 11 .
Similarly, the FE FA/EG ratio also showed a decreasing trend.
Compared with the overexpression of wild-type MUC1 in intestinal epithelia, the overexpression of MUC1ΔCT did not lead to an extremely significant increase in β-Catenin levels, but only maintained the physiological level of β-Catenin (Supplementary Fig. 5e ).
As induction progressed towards mature RPE, early EF-related genes showed a trend of downregulation.
