The surface area showed a decreasing trend from 525 ± 25 m 2 g −1 in AAS to 485 ± 18 m 2 g −1 in D-AAS-12 and further to 473 ± 24 m 2 g −1 in D-AAS-25 (Fig. 1g–i ).
Excerpts
The peak area exhibited an increasing trend as the concentration of defects increased from D-AAS-12 to D-AAS-25 (Supplementary Fig. 10a, d, g ).

Further investigation of these factors showed a clear trend as they all significantly reduced base substitutions (−0.4 – −0.6 fold relative to control siRNA per DSB) and deletions (−0.25 – −0.6 fold) around the break, and all have very comparable profiles (Fig. 4A, B ).
The largest trend in surface stress occurs during winter (5.1% per decade), while fall also exhibits a significant trend (2.1% per decade), although this curve flattens after 2060.

Effectively, a negative trend in internal stress is a positive trend for ice-ocean stress, as it implies a more direct transfer of atmospheric momentum to the ocean.
Notably, the data showed that patients who responded well to the treatment had a higher median BRAFi Type I 1/2 MSS than those who did not respond, and this difference was almost significant despite the small sample size (Supplementary Fig.
pre-vaccine samples when cells from clusters 0 and 1 were grouped together ( p = 0.039) and in addition, a trend towards significance was retained when grouping all three mature B-cell clusters (Supplementary Fig.
Notably, we observed robust and highly significant correlations between potencies in the HTR assay and in vitro 5-HT 2A R potency measures, including binding affinities ( K i ) measured using [ 3 H]-ketanserin, and functional potencies (EC 50 ) for activating Gq and β-arrestin2 via 5-HT 2A R (Supplementary Fig. 10B-F ).
It reveals an increasing trend of lattice strain attributed to the microstructural evolution following In doping and prolonged sintering time, consistent with TEM observations and GPA analysis.
This is a stronger result than just observing a significant trend in the EWS by, say, Kendall’s τ test 27 , 33 .
Without making any claims on the possibly significant entropic contribution, this work suggests a fundamental, enthalpic explanation for the work function or PZC dependence of electrochemical processes and demonstrated the high significance, especially for electrochemical CO 2 reduction.
Aiming to address whether such extensive hydrocarbon gas venting may be significant in the context of global marine methane seepage, we compare our gas flare mapping results with other pronounced marine seep regions that have been surveyed with echosounder systems.
In both the macula and periphery, the expression of ALDH1A1 and ALDH1A3 demonstrates a decreasing trend over time 49 (Fig. 6B ).
Therefore, with the dosage increase of inorganic catalyst, the photoactivities of membrane catalysts showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing (Fig. 4e ).
A highly significant increase of EBNA1 protein levels was observed in western blots of cells expressing catalytically active BPLF1, while hardly any change occurred in cells expressing the mutant BPLF1 C61A (Fig. 6b ).
Many other drugs that were at the edge of significance for antiviral effect against MPXV were significantly antiviral against VACV-GFP, likely due to an increased dynamic range of this more sensitive assay.
S5B ), with a statistical trend toward an increase in FOS+ D2-positive cells in the shNpas4 condition (Fig. 4D ).
In turn, the recruitment of RNA in the aggregates has often been regarded as a secondary step of indeterminate significance.
The estimates after 1970 stay consistently above the upper limit of the confidence interval and show an increasing trend, and we thus conclude that the system is moving toward the tipping point with high probability.
However, highly significant numbers of the nominally significant genes from the earlier cohort overlapped with the significant genes from the additional cohort benefitting from increased tumor numbers and power (Supplementary Fig. 5b and Supplementary Data 8 ), a further indication of these expression differences being reproducible and robust.
An increasing trend of mitochondrial content in MM, EMM1, and EMM2/1 organoids (fold change of 1.73 ± 0.10, 2.60 ± 0.11, and 3.10 ± 0.18, respectively) was quantified relative to control, suggesting that developmentally maturated organoids had an increasingly higher capacity for aerobic respiration and responded positively to maturation stimuli (Fig. 4b ).
The two tight junction proteins, ZO-1 and Occludin, showed a decreasing trend after sepsis, although the differences were not statistically significant (Supplementary Fig. 1g, h ).
Of these loci, 9 of the lead variants were either nominally significant or in LD with nominally significant variants in the TOPMed dataset.
While a direct comparison between isotype and anti-IFNγ treated mice inoculated with BCG prior to viral challenge did not reach statistical significance, animals treated with anti-IFNγ showed a clear trend towards more severe disease and higher viral loads (Fig. 2F, G ).
When the selection was extended to genes with more than 4, 3, or 2 iCLIP peaks, the overlap was increased and also highly significant (Fig. 1c ).
