Furthermore, available single-cell datasets from multiple studies 15 , 24 , 42 , 45 , showed that DLK1 expression in LEY and MYD follows a decreasing trend from the neonatal to the prepubertal and adult stages.
Excerpts
Results showed a trend toward statistical significance for the association between α V low tumours and better PFS in anti-PD-(L)1-treated patients (Supplementary Fig. 1c ).
The nC3 cluster, however, shared a marginally significant number of specific-signature genes with cycling populations in the human fetal gland (i.e., cycling sympathoblast and chromaffin, FDR < 0.05, Fisher’s exact test, Fig. 5e ).
All of these differences were highly significant.
Although previous research has not yet detected any global trends in TC rainfall rates 19 , Lau and Zhou 20 found an increasing trend of total TC lifetime accumulate rain in the Atlantic and a decreasing trend in the northeast and northwest Pacific during two recent decades (1988–2007) using relatively low-resolution Global Precipitation Climatology Project (GPCP) data.
Overall, observations exhibit an increasing trend in the average TC rainfall rate of about 1.3% per year, a fact that is contributed mainly by the combined effect of the reduction in the inner-core rainfall rate with the increase in rainfall rate on the rainband region.
This impact on dosage is also observed at the protein level for Bag3 , as we found a highly significant linear correlation between mRNA and protein levels (Fig. 5b and Supplementary Fig. 5 ).
a notable trendgold
A notable trend of lower HIV-1 Gag transcripts was observed in both tissues in ZPAMt exosome-treated mice (Supplementary Fig. 7a, b ).
The data showed a trend towards greater RECIST response in the hi_hi group (Fig. 3e ).
Correlations for MS with IBD, UC and CD in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were also high (~0.6), but only marginally significant due to the modest number of cell types in this tissue ( N = 11).
a clear trendgold
Across the 46 genes identified by revTWMR, we observed a clear trend for functional relevance.
In the present study we developed a genetic system to specifically monitor and record cycling cardiomyocytes in situ, and identified an unexpected trend: cycling cardiomyocytes in adult mouse hearts are highly regionalized.
The trend of risky contacts closely followed that of all contacts, and both numbers exhibited a slightly increasing trend, which is consistent with the fact that society was slowly opening up during this period.
We also observed increasing trends in the intensities of the FTIR peaks of the *COOH group (1196 and 1541 cm −1 ) and the CO molecule (2017 cm −1 ), in addition to a decreasing trend in the FTIR intensity of CO 2 (2280–2340 cm −1 ) (Fig. 4e and Supplementary Figs. 53 – 55 ), thereby supporting the above-simulated reaction pathways.
a clear trendgold
15 and 16 , as the areal capacity increases, there is a clear trend towards longer operation time at the same areal current density.
39 showed that the summer concentration of dissolved inorganic nitrogen in the Bohai Sea continuously increased from the 1990s, while that of phosphorus exhibited a decreasing trend in the period 1978–2016.
a clear trendgold
Thus, we discovered a clear trend via the cluster assignment that correlates with the level of distortion.
We next tested the effect of different S100B concentrations (0.5, 1, 5, 10, and 30 μM) with 0.5 μM TauO, and observed a decreasing trend in TauO seeding activity, which was significant at the higher tested concentrations (Supplementary Fig. 19 ).
The results also suggested a decreasing trend in the sensitivity of almost all parameters from the L3 to the L1, except the nuclear degradation, indicating that the WUS nuclear level in the L3 is more sensitive to most of the biological processes studied.
The negative adjuvant TKI predictor, RB1 alterations, combined RB1 mutations and RB1 CN loss, since they were functionally similar and both presented marginal significance of treatment interaction due to small sample size of each category (Supplementary Table 3 ).
Analysis of brain tissues revealed almost 40% silencing of the Htt gene in mouse brain cortex and a highly significant decrease of p62 inclusion bodies in the cortical neurons of the treated animals, an important phenotypic HD marker of disease progression (Fig. 4 e, f ). p62 is an important regulatory protein of selective autophagy, and a reduction in p62 aggregates in HD mouse models has previously been shown to restore HD-associated phenotypes 56 .
All models also project a decreasing trend in dry deposition rates in north-western United States, west Canada, and central Asian regions; however, for these locations, the projected sign of the change in wet deposition rates is different between the CMIP5 and CMIP6 models.
Overall, the CMIP6 models predict a more severe increase or decrease in dry and wet deposition rates; however, all ensemble means are in agreement on an increasing trend in the dry deposition rate of sea salts in coastal regions, particularly in the southern hemisphere.
Children had the highest mean score value for PC1 (2.765), followed by AMD (0.142) and ASD (−2.351), and these differences were highly significant (Fig. 1C ).
Finally, PCA for T cell memory clustered variables showed a trend to separate the three groups (Supplementary Fig. 3C ).
