A clear trend of decreasing of mechanical threshold and thermal latency could be observed in the endometriosis rats when compared with the sham operation group (* P < 0.05; Figures 7D, E ).

An increasing trend was seen for anti-NP antibodies, Mw-HNM inducing highest anti-NP titers ( p < 0.05).

Of note, when investigating NDMM patients separately, we observed a strong trend towards higher CD8 + TEMRAs (p = 0.05017) as well as elevated IL-8 levels (p = 0.05036) in patients developing SI ( Supplementary Figure 2 ).

Whole blood stimulation with heat-killed Spn yielded nearly significant increased IL-6 production in WT LRTI children compared with healthy children ( P = 0.0502).

Notably, DRB1*04:10:03 showed a trend toward increased frequency in the ICI-ILD group (p = 0.0503).

Among these clusters, only CD27 + PD-1 - effector memory CD4 + T cell (excluding skin-homing T cells) showed a trend toward significance in dynamic differences between WT and MT patients ( P=0.0504 ; Supplementary Figure 9A ).

Compared with the control group, the most significant drug-related adverse event was diarrhea which reached marginal significance (4.4% in the Huaier group vs. 1.9% in the control group, P=0.0505).

The analysis showed an increasing trend (P value = 0.0505) of TNFSF4 in amniotic fluid samples from women who delivered within 24 hours, and the ROC curve is 0.66 (95% CI: 0.3733-0.9378 (DeLong)) ( Figures S7A, B ).

IVW method had weak evidence of borderline significance for the causal genetic association between SLE and VaD risk (OR=0.9365, 95% CI: 0.8769-1.0002, P =0.0506).

Similar trends, with borderline significance were shown at 90 days post-HSCT (85 ± 78 ng/ml vs. 37 ± 13 ng/ml, p=0.0506) ( Figure 4A ).

The HE-scores showed a nearly significant correlation with IIRS-scores ( Figure 7D , p=0.0506), indicating that IIRS-score can effectively reflect the inflammatory/immune infiltration of bladder tissues.

Notably, a direct comparison between pre- and post-treatment patients revealed a near-significant difference in the frequency of both CD56 dim ( p = 0.0508) and CD56 bright NK cell subsets ( p = 0.0809) ( Figure 5B ).

However, the risk of GVHD correlates with the infused cell dose; patients receiving dose-escalation regimens show a trend toward reduced incidence of moderate-to-severe chronic GVHD (borderline significance, p=0.051) ( 18 ).

Although the PERMANOVA test yielded barely statistically significant results (p = 0.051), we observed a broader dispersion of data points among the younger individuals.

When Mamu-A*01 animals were included, the dmLT group was not significantly protected, although there was a strong trend ( p = 0.051; Supplementary Figure S7B ), and the alum group was not protected ( p = 0.49; Supplementary Figure S7B ).

With an OR (95% CI) of 2.85 (1.15-7.05) (p=0.023), the association was statistically significant for nuclear ANA and close to significance for “at least one positive AAB test” (1.99 (0.996-3.98), p=0.051).

Finally, pediatric patients with secondary PAD had a strong trend toward a lower mean anti-spike antibody response after two-dose vaccine series compared to primary PAD patients (767.1 vs. 3,679.2 U/mL; p=0.051) ( Figure 2 ).

Digoxin had borderline significance (adjusted P = 0.051) but OR (43.44) exceeded the threshold, and prior studies confirmed its specific mechanism in AML ( 35 ).

Moreover, LPS-stimulated TNF-α levels were significantly lower in master athletes than in the younger group at baseline (p<0.001), with a trend toward significance post-exercise (p=0.051) ( Figure 3 ).

In contrast, univariable analysis of the imputed dataset revealed a near-significant association (OR=2.70, 95% CI: 1.00–7.31, p=0.051). 4 Discussion 4.1 Characteristics of irAEs The incidence of irAEs varies depending on cancer types, the category of ICIs, and patient-related factors.

Upregulated PGD2 levels positively correlated with 3 chemokines (IP10, MIP-1β, and RANTES) and the growth factor VEGF and had a clear trend to correlate with another chemokine MIP-1a ( p = 0.051).

Moreover, cells expressing this mutant form of LAT showed a statistically significant increase of proximal intracellular signals such as phosphorylation of LAT in tyrosine residues 171 and 191, and also enhanced ZAP70 phosphorylation approaching borderline statistical significance ( p = 0.051).

A similar pattern, barely significant, was observed for infants carrying FcgRIIIB NA2NA2 compared to FcgRIIIB NA1NA1 (n = 51, IRR = 1.372, 95% CI = 0.998;1.885, P = 0.051) ( Table 7 ).

RANTES levels were significantly higher in people with acute kidney disease [117.78 (36.42-166.66) p=0.0435] and narrowly missed significance in patients with hypertension [96.41 (46.17-163.92), p=0.0511].

The BCG vaccinated males also had an increase in IL-2 to CA at V2, which did not quite reach significance ( p = 0.0512), but declined significantly by V3 (V2 vs V3 p = 0.0498) (Figure 3 E).
