As shown in Figure 4 A, our results suggested a significant or close-to-significant increase in lymphocyte count ( p = 0.031) and PNI ( p = 0.017) and decrease in NLR ( p = 0.070) and PLR ( p = 0.079) in good prognosis patients, whereas the change in the poor prognosis group was insignificant, suggesting that the change in these immune cell parameters can early predict the efficacy of DPP4-inhibitor on the prognosis of post-operative patients.
Excerpts
Treatment worked better the more readily cells could replace their neighbors for all protocols ( p < 0.01 and HR ≤ 0.83), with only two exceptions: for DM Ping-Pong Alternate Every Cycle, there was no significant difference between 50% and 100% replacement ( p = 0.275), and for DM Ping-Pong on Progression, that difference was only modestly significant, though still with a large effect size (HR = 0.40 [0.17–0.92], p = 0.031).

Patients treated with primary (chemo)radiation showed a trend towards reduced skeletal muscle mass as compared to those treated postoperatively with 60.1% vs. 46.4% of sarcopenic patients for L3MA ( p = 0.032) and 55.7% vs. 43.3% for L3MI ( p = 0.059) ( Table 1 ).
In both the FIGO 2009 and FIGO 2018 staging systems, there was a significant trend toward worse overall survival (OS) for advanced-stage patients ( p = 0.032 and 0.0021, respectively; Figure 2 A,B).
There is a significant trend ( p = 0.0329) concerning the TB rel score classification shown here. 3.5.
Overall quality of life, the main study outcome measure, showed a decline between baseline ( M = 5.29, SD = 1.29) and M3 ( M = 5.14, SD = 1.32) ( t (583) = 3.71; p < 0.001) and then increased back to levels comparable to those at baseline (M6: M = 5.48, SD = 1.16; M9: M = 5.48, SD = 1.19; M12: M = 5.52, SD = 1.23), with all changes relative to M3 being significant at p < 0.001 and changes from M0 being non-significant ( p = 0.14 and p = 0.17 for M6 and M9, respectively) or marginally significant ( p = 0.033 for M12).
PpIX accumulation was observed to be lower in acral lesions and PpIX photobleaching was approaching significance ( p = 0.034 and 0.056 respectively) within this small data subset ( Figure 4 ) supporting our previous observations in this respect [ 20 ].

Preliminary results showed a trend towards improved DSF in patients showing ctDNA clearance (HR 0.25; 95% CI: 0.06–1.01 p = 0.035).
Although the linear-by-linear association showed a weak trend ( p = 0.036), this does not reach the typical threshold for significance after correction for multiple comparisons.

Sensitivity analyses addressing missing smoking data confirmed the robustness of this effect: HRs for smokers versus non-smokers remained around 1.9–2.0 with borderline significance ( p = 0.036–0.052), and although attenuated when “unknowns” were treated as smokers (HR = 1.53; p = 0.089), the direction of association persisted.
In the forest plot summary ( Figure 4 G), the IVW estimator yielded a nominally significant association ( p = 0.0361), with an OR of 0.9961 (95% CI: 0.9925–0.9997).

In contrast, ACT significantly improved or showed a trend towards improved outcomes in patients with aggressive biological features, such as PNI (DFS p = 0.038), poorly differentiated histology ( Figure 4 ), and LVI (OS p = 0.057).
When stratified by IPI, there was a significant trend toward worse OS ( p = 0.038) and PFS ( p = 0.014) with increasing from IPI 0-1 to IPI 4-5 ( Figure S1 ).
63.3 ± 2.3 years (Median: 65.0 years), which was borderline significant ( p = 0.04).
However, the marginal significance ( p -value = 0.04) limits the value of this module.
According to the BAT median cut-off at the baseline, no statistically significant hazard ratio (HR) was found for either PFS or OS, except for TPS1, which had a borderline significant ( p = 0.04) OS risk reduction (HR = 0.33, 95% CI: 0.12–0.95) for TPS1 > 144 ng/mL ( Table 3 ).
Image Parametric and Tumor Histological Grade As shown in Figure 2 , 18 F-FDG SUVmean showed a significant trend across the recorded grades G1–G3 (Kruskal–Wallis p = 0.04).
These 16 responders showed a significant increase of ADCmin and ADCmean ( p = 0.02) and a slightly significant decrease of SUVmax and SUVmean ( p < 0.04), while there were no significant changes in non-responders.
Among women, a borderline significant finding occurred in adjusted models at treatment completion where those with myosteatosis scored higher in physical QOL scores (β 19.12; p = 0.04).
In Group 4, LRT is marginally significant only in solitary bone metastases ( p = 0.04). 4.
We saw a borderline significant decrease in the risk of thyroid cancer associated with prior chemotherapy (HR = 0.52 (0.28–0.97); p = 0.04). 4.
Age at diagnosis was partially significant between R and NR ( p -value = 0.04), while TMB differed significantly (mean log2 (TMB+1): 3.14 versus 4.03, p -value < 0.0001).
