The Pearson’s correlation coefficient between these two maps was modest but highly significant (r=0.24, p<0.0001 for both smoothed and unsmoothed permuted data; confirmed through a permutation test shuffling voxel location across 100,000 iterations; Figure 2C ).
The global F ST / R ST value at 0.34/0.64 was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), signaling a substantive genetic differentiation among the populations as a whole, and most of the pairwise comparisons displayed a pronounced level of genetic differences (> 0.25).
Results (a) Comparison of the modes and magnitude of skull shape diversification in Darwin's finches and Hawaiian honeycreepers Morphometric analyses in which the more-inclusive landmark datasets were employed (using the final set of 15 landmarks which allows the extinct Hawaiian honeycreeper species to be analysed) on Darwin's finches, Hawaiian honeycreepers and their respective outgroups, reveal a highly significant degree of allometry ( p < 0.0001), which explains 12.6% of the variation in shape of the skull (electronic supplementary material, table S5).
The Datta and Satten Rank-Sum Test found that the distributions of the two groups was highly significant giving a test statistic of 8.05 and a two-sided p-value <0.0001.
At the end of 12 weeks, in group A, the total reduction of comedones was 37% (p < 0.0001, highly significant), that of papules was 94.7% (p < 0.0001, highly significant), that of pustules was 100% (p < 0.0001, highly significant), and that of the ASI was 52.5% (p< 0.0001, highly significant; Figure 1 ).
All correlations are highly significant (Spearman correlation— R 2 analysis, p -value < 0.0001).
The data analysis revealed an extremely significant main effect of drug treatment (F [ 3 , 8 ] = 71451, P < 0.0001), accounting for 91.61% of the total variance, indicating it served as the core determinant of the dependent variable.
From a technical point of view, we achieved a highly significant intra‐ (Spearmans ρ = 0.8729, P < 0.0001***) or interobserver (Spearmans ρ = 0.8577, P < 0.0001***) agreement of manual GAM quantification.
Both, in vivo model, showed an extremely significant (P < 0.0001) dose-dependent manner percentage of inhibition in comparison to the control group.
Firstly, the gesture-only conditions (blurred, pointing, give-me gestures) were statistically investigated in a 2-way ANOVA (Time window × Gesture type) calculated across the three time windows, which revealed a highly significant interaction (F(4, 96) = 8.47, ε = 0.66, p = 0.0001, η p 2 = 0.26).
The difference between the groups of severity was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
Logistic regression provided a good description of the data for both populations and accession effects were highly significant ( p ≤ 0.0001).
Again, we did not observe an increase in the proportion of adult mosquitoes, rather a marginally significant decrease with VIT8× (Fig. 1A , proportion of adults: p < 0.0001; AUX vs GF, VIT4×, or VIT8×: p < 0.0001; GF vs VIT4×: p = 0.73; GF vs VIT8×: p = 0.058; Supplementary Data 2 ).
As expected, both the total differentiation and differentiation along each of the two first axes, were highly significant (global F ST = 0.19, p <0.0001; PCA1 F ST = 0.050, p <0.0001; PCA2 F ST = 0.046, p <0.0001).
Seroprevalence showed an increasing trend ( p < 0.0001) starting in the younger age groups: 6–9 years: 84.1%; 10–14 years: 88.7%; 15–19 years: 89.3%; 20–39 years: 93.1% and >40 years: 97.0%.
Pro; OR: 1.12, 95% CI: 0.90-1.75), a recent observational cohort study showed a highly significant association between the R72 variant (G allele) and PCa risk (OR: 7.937; 95% CI: 5.37-11.0, p<0.0001) in a Caucasian population, but no statistically significant enrichment of the R72 variant in patients with higher Gleason score disease (≥8) [ 29 , 30 ].
