While the increased enrichment of acH4K12 did not quite reach significance after fluoxetine mono-treatment and after fluoxetine TSA co-treatment, the enrichment measured after fluoxetine/MS-275 co-treatment was significant.

The ELISA results suggested that there was a highly significant correlation between the transcriptional and translational EGFP levels ( Fig. 6b ).

A three-way ANOVA with factors of group (SAME, DIFF or HOME), brain region (vCA1 or vSUB) and cell-type (PL-, BA-, or dual-projecting) revealed only a significant main effect of group [main effect of group, F (2,18) = 4.26, p < 0.05]; all other main effects and interactions fell short of significance.

The mutated DXR genes that showed synthetic growth defects with top2-191 were clustered into three major classes with an increasing trend of synthetic growth defect, as depicted by the negative G.I. scores ( Fig. 2B, C ; C-III (red), C-IV (blue) and C-V (purple) blocks).

ANOVA showed a clear trend from old to new varieties, leading towards earliness, plant height reduction and denser spikes with smaller seeds.

Like that study, we also observed NEAT1 to be upregulated in HIV-1 infected cell models, but the increases had borderline significance.

A clear trend of the focus shifting away from the lens can be seen as f nominal increases, accompanied by an elongated depth of focus.

According to the IPA analysis, the LXR/RXR pathway was enriched in both sexes, whereas FXR/RXR was borderline significant in females ( Supplementary Table 6, 7 ).

We identified a meta-signature, consisting of five highly significant and consistently dysregulated miRNAs (miR-21, miR-210, miR-141, miR-200c and miR-429) from 30 different datasets.
