In contrast, SSRI use (SSRI use, n = 10 vs no SSRI use, n = 7) was marginally significant (F (1,14) = 3.890, p = 0.069) such that participants with PTSD on SSRIs had 27% lower [ 18 F]FEPPA V T compared to participants not on SSRIs and showed no difference from HC (p = 0.837).

Indeed, there was a marginally significant difference in agency index between the synchronous and asynchronous conditions (χ 2 = 3.32, df = 1, n = 20, P = 0.069), if another statistical criterion was applied to the data.

Urbanization score was marginally non-significant ( P = 0.069), when used instead of population density in the model (Table S1 in Electronic Supplementary Material).
