russatus females exposed to blue ALAN were significantly higher ( P < 0.05) and marginally significant in females exposed to white light ( P = 0.055) compared to controls (Fig. 3 C).

There were significant differences in work physical activity ( P = 0.043), sedentary behavior ( P < 0.001) and recreational physical activity ( P = 0.001) among sleep disorders, the difference in transportation physical activity was nearly significant ( P = 0.055).

A 2 × 2 ANOVA (Age × Sex) for peak arm abduction acceleration revealed a near-significant main effect of age, F(1, 18) = 4.20, p = 0.055, partial η 2 = 0.189, suggesting a potentially meaningful difference between younger and older adults.

EC had a negative correlation with RPCs which almost reached significance (r = − 0.52, p = 0.055), indicating that liver grafts with more RPCs had a lower metabolic energy status during perfusion (Fig. 5 D).

Conversely, PLHIV with prior zidovudine-use (prior AZT-use, n = 46/184; 25%) showed a trend towards lower copies of mtDNA pl (AZT-use: 7.8 copies/plt [IQR: 6.0, 9.4] vs never-AZT: 8.6 copies/plt [IQR: 6.9, 10.8], p = 0.055).

The pathways analysis outcome between 10 weeks and 6 weeks old 5xFAD mice showed a clear upregulation of immune system related pathways such as interferon-gamma signalling pathways and a strong trend for altered B and T cell activation pathways and interleukin pathways in the 10 weeks old 5xFAD mice (p = 0.055, p = 0.071, respectively) which goes along with the alteration of cytokines we detected in 10-week old 5xFAD brains.

Post-hoc tests also showed a strong trend for adaptation to matching stimuli to produce different effects on response as a function of IOCD than adaptation to conflict ( t (15) = 2.1, p = 0.055, Cohen’s d = –0.52).
