Comparison of the achievement rate of DTE < 10 min before and after implementation of the cardiac triage program showed a significant trend of increase after initiation of the strategy ( p = 0.032) (Fig. 3 ).
Excerpts
rs4766566 had a nominally significant association ( P = 0.032), but did not pass the significant threshold for multiple hypothesis testing ( Table 2 ).
Additionally, a marginally significant difference was found in the 13–18 years group at the 4-item level ( p = 0.032), with boys having slightly higher BMI.
Although it exhibits a weakly significant positive deviation in 2023 (0.066, p = 0.032), potentially reflecting a broader, mild downward shift in applicant preferences for humanities in that year, its average treatment effect remains statistically insignificant.

When including the tissue-marker of angiogenesis from IHC (pMVD) together with quantitative parameters from mpMRI (K trans , k ep and blood flow) (Table 4 ), pMVD independently predicted biochemical recurrence, with a borderline significance for clinical recurrence (HR 4.1 and 3.2, p = 0.032 and p = 0.093) together with k ep (HR 7.9 and 13.4, p = 0.001 and p = 0.001).
After excluding the samples that showed no detectable Mcl-1 expression, a significant difference was apparent between Mcl-1 expression in BM versus PB (p = 0.033).
However, when analysing differences due to the experimental treatments by sampling day, although no differences were found during the suckling period, a statistical trend for an increased beta-diversity in the control piglets was found after weaning ( P = 0.033, P = 0.053 and P = 0.058, for Envfit, Anosim and Adonis tests, respectively).
However, that difference was marginally significant (t-test p value = 0.033, but Mann-Whitney p value was 0.44, Fig. 4A ).
borderline significancep = 0.033
CIIMaxUC (aspect of mitochondrial function determined by using glucose as the fuel source with FCCP as an uncoupler) related to cold limbs, significantly in the total sample and with borderline significance in VGWI assessed separately: r = − 0.40 ( p = 0.033) and r = − 0.47 ( p = 0.065), respectively.
approached significancep = 0.033
The difference between the 100%-PAPE and control conditions approached significance but did not meet the Bonferroni-corrected threshold ( p = 0.033).
In the current study, all significant comparisons obtained for F ST estimates ranged between 0.00388 and 0.0125, and all near-significant values (for which 0.1 > P > 0.03326, the threshold for significance after SGoF + correction) ranged from 0.00168 to 0.00572.

Various blood cell types also showed a trend to association with microbial diversity, including eosinophils which strongly associated with beta diversity when measured by Weighted Unifrac ( p = 0.0334) and Unweighted Unifrac ( p = 0.002).
Multivariate model A multivariate model was performed using the factors of near-significance and found to be highly significant ( X 2 = 24.078, p = 0.034, including age and BMI as continuous factors and sex as a time-dependent co-variable, Fig. 2 , Table 5 ).
A paired t-test comparing the means of the most visibly different groups, extended G0 and G2, shows only marginal significance (p = 0.034).
This association remained highly significant after adjusting for smoking (Model 2), yielding an OR of 14.3 (95% CI 2.80–72.8, p = 0.034).
There was a highly significant interaction between Si and N ( F = 3.171, P = 0.034) in the soil available P concentration.
For the correlation between the cluster of voxelwise interaction and cognitive tests, although the results failed to survive from the criteria of Bonferroni correction, a positive trend between DSB score and putaminal volume was observed in the participants carrying AA (r = 0.189, P = 0.034).
Additionally, the model fitting results for LDL indicated a decreasing trend in the exposed group compared to the control group, which was also statistically significant (β = -1.76, p = 0.034).
Matched samples comparisons There were marginally significant differences in RSFC parameters (Table 2 ) for within-network RSFC of the fronto-parietal network (FPN, p = 0.034) and the ratio of within- to inter-network RSFC of the visual network ( p = 0.044; Fig. 2 ) between PRESENT shift workers and MATCHED controls.
The difference was only marginally significant with mycorrhiza helper (R 2 = 0.29, P = 0.034), but no significant difference was detected with the root parasite.
Therefore, we performed further analysis and found that after postoperative day 107, the risk of cumulative ischemic events showed an increasing trend according to the number of CYP2C19 LOF alleles (hazard ratio, 6.176; 95% CI of ratio, 1.145 to 33.32; P = 0.0342; Fig. 1D ).
rs12654812 ( RGS14 ) also revealed a borderline significant difference in its allelic distribution ( p = 0.0346).
Marginally significant correlations during the SAT condition were observed at Optodes 3 and 5 for [HbO] with the PANSS positive subscale (rho = 0.45~0.484, p = 0.035~0.04) but not for other subscales.
The three nominally significant CpG sites exceeding the 5% biological relevance threshold cg03543593 in TNXB ( p = 0.035), cg09451613 in TACC2 ( p = 0.009), and cg09413492 in MUC12 ( p = 0.047) remained nominally significant across the models.
