However, the effects of elevation on the assemblage composition were marginally significant in models containing number of trees (P = 0.06) and soil clay content (P = 0.07) as independent variables.
The standardized coefficient of the pendency (β) of the linear model showed a trend toward significance [β = −0.612, t(1,8) = −2.187 p = 0.060] for the drug group in APM scores of the low difficulty level ( Figure 2 , diamonds). β was statistically significant for the placebo group (β = −0.598, t(1,11) = −2.472 p = 0.031] when studied for the same APM category (low difficulty; Figure 2 , diamonds).
There was a strong trend (p = 0.06) toward higher serum HIV-1 RNA concentration in last-on-therapy samples from participants reaching a primary study endpoint (mean 87,264 copies/mL; range 35,227–216,219 copies/mL) compared with those who did not (mean 37,424 copies/mL; range 826–138,776 copies/mL).
Myalgia was the only individual TMD diagnosis which was almost significantly different for condyle modeling ( p = 0.06), and emerged as the solitary clinical diagnosis most related to abnormal modeling ( Table 3 ).
Of the beetles fed on dung, only time seemed to be marginally significant ( F = 3.32; P = 0.06).
Expressing drd in the tracheae alone resulted in a survival curve that just failed to reach statistical significance compared to sibling controls (p = 0.06) but clearly did not rescue early adult lethality ( Fig. 3a ).
However, we found a significant trend for years of education and memory change for the Rx2 group ( S1 Fig , r = 0.51 p = 0.06) but not for the NR and R groups (r = 0.22 p = 0.43, r = 0.28 p = 0.33, respectively).
Women with histologic acute chorioamnionitis were also somewhat more likely to have had more than five cervical examinations during labor (49% [33/67] versus 35% [45/128]), but the difference did not quite reach statistical significance ( P = .06).
Relevant exceptions were pregnancy and alcoholism, which were not significant, and renal disease, previous smoking habit and transplant, which were almost significant (p = 0.06).
Although statistically not significant, there also was a strong trend (p = 0.06) for a higher expression of CD83 following exposure of the cells to B. abortus S19.

Infant hypertonicity also showed a negative trend in its association with HSD11B2 methylation (ρ = −0.11, P = 0.06), while infant attention showed a positive trend in its association with HSD11B2 methylation, with increasing methylation related to increasing infant attention scores (ρ = 0.14, P = 0.08).
PGLYRP4 exon 2, c.37A>C Ile13Leu, exon 6 c.575G>T Gly188Val, and exon 9, c.*416A>C, UTR variants may associate with CD or with gender in CD patients PGLYRP4 exon 2, c.37A>C, Ile13Leu (SNP rs30006458), was differentially distributed in CD females compared with CD males and the AA genotype was approaching significance ( P = 0.06, Table S16 ).
The 63% inhibition by the 0.4 mg/kg LY3304000 and 10 mg/kg LY3358966 in combination exceeded the inhibition by either compound alone, though it barely missed significance compared to 10 mg/kg LY3358966 (p = 0.06).
