As most results were nominally significant (P < 0.05) but did not meet the stringent corrected threshold (P < 0.005), they are cautiously interpreted as indicating potential trends in the discussion of our findings.
LDSC analysis reveals five red blood cell indices genetically correlated with sepsis Our global genetic correlation analysis using LDSC (summarized in Table 1 ) identified nominally significant (LDSC P value < 0.05) correlation between sepsis and multiple blood cell phenotypes, including mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) (genetic correlation r g = 0.1286, P value = 0.0259), mean corpuscular volume (MCV) ( r g = 0.142, P value = 0.0094), mean reticulocyte volume (MRV) ( r g = 0.1181, P value = 0.0127), mean sphered corpuscular volume (MSCV) ( r g = 0.1242, P value = 0.0055), and red blood cell count (RBC) ( r g = −0.1084, P value = 0.0256).
Patients were diagnosed with HNC at a mean of 12.6 years after their diagnosis of RA in the nbDMARD group compared to 12.3 years in the TNFi group; this difference reached borderline significance (p = 0.05).
In the core system of face perception, 4 of 9 subjects had highly significant ( p <0.05, corrected for multiple comparisons) activity in the bilateral occipital face area (OFA) and fusiform face area (FFA).
However, there was an effect of attachment on the number of first pass regressions made out of the post-target region reliable by participants and very close to significance by items F 1(1, 52) = 7.22, p <.05, η 2 = .12; F 2(1, 15) = 4.10, p = .06, η 2 = .21.
Association analysis When deviation from strict Mendelian inheritance of individual SNPs was analyzed in Asian trios, three SNPs ( rs10130587 , rs2738265 and rs2761887 ) showed nominally significant evidence of linkage and association (p<0.05) with NSCL/P.
Marginal significance was found between Flat Rock West and Shag Rock West (t = 2.908, p = 0.05) with the former site having a higher proportion of algae.
Also in BA2, these differences were highly significant (paired t-tests, corrected for multiple comparisons, p<0.05).
While each group also shows significant dishabituation (p<0.0001, Tukey's test for both genotypes), manifested as increased sniffing to a novel olfactory probe (vanilla extract) as compared to the last habituation trial, the main effect of genotype was not significantly significant (F 1,5 = 0.39, p>0.05).
Among the asked variables tiredness , motor imagination strength , motivation , anger , and uneasiness , all except for anger were highly significant correlated (Spearman correlation) with the feedback performance: tiredness with r = -0.18, p < 0.05, MI strength with r = 0.44 and p < 10 −9 , motivation with r = 0.29 and p < 0.001, and uneasiness with r = -0.25 and p < 0.01.

3C ) showed a trend toward increased tau 4R expression (exon inclusion) in 2-month-old ADNP+/− mice compared to ADNP+/+ controls ( p <0.05, one tail, t-test comparing only tau 4R expression), which disappeared in older, 9-month-old mice, showing similar tau species expression in the ADNP+/+ and ADNP+/− mice ( Fig. 3C ).
Neither latitude (YCG) nor longitude (XCG) of northern shrimp distribution within the entire GOM showed a significant trend (linear regression, P>0.05, Fig 5 , data in S4 Fig ).
There was a borderline significant 1.7-fold increase in mean Errα mRNA levels (95% CI 0.99 to 2.49; p = 0.05).
Follow up analyses find a nearly significant hemisphere by neonatal condition interaction F(2,15) = 3.690, p = .05, η 2 = .330 only in the male rats that were not fear conditioned.
For example, dietary breadth was close to being negatively associated with ECV, but fell short of significance (P = 0.05).
However, in deaths from infection, patients with HbA1c≥8% showed a worse survival only in the patients who underwent PD ( P = 0.050, marginally significant) ( Fig 5 ).
Along latitudinal gradients, total species richness ( S ) generally exhibited a decreasing trend of a logarithmic function ( R 2 = 0.185, P >0.05), but it presented a significant variation of a quadratic function with a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing at latitudinal belts from 37.5° to 40° ( R 2 = 0.885, P <0.01).
In this figure, the upper and lower parts provide the deciphered trends of mean monthly temperature with various months on nine mountains and a significant trend of annual mean temperature on nine mountains ( P <0.05).
The variation among populations from the former administrative provinces was small and of uncertain significance (0.38%, p≈0.05); no significant results were obtained when the samples were grouped into physico-geographical regions – the Black Sea coast, the Danubian Plain, Thrace and the southwest mountainous region, and only barely significant variation among groups (0.49%, p≈0.05) was unexpectedly revealed when the samples were assigned to three broader geographical regions - Eastern, Central and Western Bulgaria.
The nitrate content of tomato under the different cultivation patterns differed, and the difference between an irrigation-upland rotation and continuous cropping was highly significant (P<0.05), and TY3 was the lowest, indicating that an irrigation-upland rotation could reduce the nitrate content of tomato fruit.
P-values were calculated, and statistical significance is reported as highly significant using *(p<0.05), ** (p<0.01), or *** (p<0.001).
The interaction term for the association between genders was borderline significant (p = 0.05).
