There was a clear trend for an increase in mean overall performance (left panel) between testing at 7 months of age and 15 months of age which was significant for the control mice and the Swede mice (Spearman, 0.89≤ r s ≤0.94, p<0.05), but fell short of significance for the Tau mice (Spearman, r s = 0.66, p>0.05).
There were less genes indicated from cord blood, peripheral blood or saliva samples collected later in life from twins, therefore GO term analysis indicated only nominally significant processes (with p-values < 0.05 but FDR corrected p-values > 0.1), highlighting phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction, axon guidance and other cell proliferation processes.
On the one hand, there is weakly significant (0.1 < p < 0.05) evidence that the “satisfaction treadmill” is at work for income expectations, as there is a positive correlation between higher life satisfaction expectations and surpassing their income expectations, but not vice-versa (without controls: β 1 2 = 0.013, p > 0.1 and β 2 2 = 0.206, 0.1 < p < 0.05; with controls: β 1 2 = 0.024, p > 0.1 and β 2 2 = 0.197, 0.1 < p < 0.05).
However, a two-way ANOVA with repeated measures showed only a marginally significant effect of Time (p = 0.05), but no Time*Treatment interaction (p = 0.19).
Among the top 2% of genes with consistently higher white expression than purple, there were 18 significant terms ( P <0.01) and 42 marginally significant terms ( P <0.05) exhibiting enrichment.
Variance components estimates of combining ability Combined analysis across the N inputs and seasons revealed that the variance components of general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) were highly significant (p < 0.05) for all traits ( Table 3 ).
P300 response (500–600 ms) The ANOVA performed on the P300 amplitude values, measured between 500 and 600 ms over the anterior-frontal sites (AFF1, AFF2, AFZ, FZ and FCZ) showed a borderline significant main effect of condition (F (2, 68) = 3.14, p = 0.05; η p 2 = 0.08), indicating that the P300 amplitude recorded in response to Congruent terminal words (4.18 μV, SE = 0.51) was overall greater (p = 0.015) than the one measured in response to Neutral terminal words (3.41 μV, SE = 0.53).
Most variables fluctuated without showing a significant trend of increasing or decreasing over time (i.e., NH 4 + , NO 3 − , BOM, conductivity, pH, precipitation, DSLS, and SOI; all p >0.05).
Patients aged 60–80 and over 80 years exhibited significantly higher incidence rates compared to those under 60 years (all P < 0.05) A total of 416 strains were identified, with Gram-negative bacteria accounting for 86.5%, primarily represented by Klebsiella pneumoniae (31.0%), while pseudomonas aeruginosa (21.4%) and stenotrophomonas maltophilia (5.3%) demonstrated an increasing trend in the period of 2022–2023 (both P < 0.05).
PCB 153 concentration was positively associated to AD concentration at the limit of significance in the crude model (β = 0.045, CI = 0.0002 to 0.090, p = 0.05), and this relationship was significant in the adjusted model (β = 0.054, CI = 0.010 to 0.098, p = 0.02).
We compare the both groups proposed based on the two time points (3- and 4-weeks) after implantation, with a highly significant and it is thus concluded that there is an important effect between the groups (p < 0.05).
The analysis effect size yielded highly significant (z = 52.05, p < .05), reinforcing the consistent pattern of reliability across diverse contexts of GHQ-12.
Consistent with the overall trend, the area exhibiting an increasing trend in NDVI values ( p < 0.05) within forested regions had the highest proportion in MAM, with 19.9% in the Northern Hemisphere and 20.6% in the Southern Hemisphere.
In the long-term assay, the pupation rate gradually decreased with the increase of pollen density; the decrease was marginally significant with control pollen ( F = 3.12, df = 17, P = 0.05), but was significant with both Cry1C pollen ( F = 6.58, df = 17, P = 0.004) and Cry2A pollen ( F = 6.77, df = 17, P = 0.004).
All dsRNA fragments ( Fig 4a ) gave highly significant (p < 0,05) down regulation of the target genes giving between 80% (for Lsal IR25a Fragment-1) and nearly 100% (for Lsal IR8a.1) reduction in mRNA levels ( Fig 4b ).
Rats that received N-AMSCs exhibited a significant trend of improved ICP and peak ICP/MAP ratio in response to CN stimulation compared with saline treated groups ( p <0.05).
