Previously, the UGT1A7*3 allele exhibited modestly significant association with colorectal cancer (OR = 2.39; P = 0.02) [ 57 ], lung cancer [ 62 ], endometrial cancer [ 63 ] and pancreatic cancer (OR = 1.98; P = 0.003) [ 64 ] with a particularly strong association in smokers with pancreatic carcinoma who were younger than 55 years (OR = 4.7; P = 0.0009), suggesting the magnitude of the observed associations may be modified by environmental interactions.

None of these symptoms were significant predictors of long COVID in the adjusted model ( Table 3 ) (sleep disturbance was the only symptom category that approached significance ( p = 0.02)), however ME/CFS, joint pain, and several others demonstrated high variance inflation factors (S1 Table D.4 in S1 File ) indicating possible underestimation of their effects (S1 Appendix D in S1 File ).
The overall pooled effect size of the static balance function in the experimental group did not significantly differ from that in the control group [Hedges’ g: 1.32 (95% CI: -0.41, 3.06) at p = 0.13], with a highly significant difference in heterogeneity ( I 2 = 81% at p = 0.02).
An increasing trend in annual positivity was significant only for big brown bats ( P = 0.02), and was circumstantially linked to a geographic cluster.
borderline significanceP = 0.02
The gene-based analysis confirmed the significance of the THRB gene ( P = 2.29×10 −5 ) and showed a borderline significance for the PVT1 gene ( P = 0.02) ( Table 3 ).
A significant trend for overall quality improvement was found from 63.12 to 69.25 during the Q1-Q4 period (β = 2.00±0.85, p = 0.0203), particularly for non-TSR hospitals (β = 3.12±0.87, p = 0.0009).
2A, B ) with post challenge head kidney infections ( Table S2 ) show a highly significant negative correlation (r 2 = −0.959, p<0.021) at 10 wpc indicating that there was an inverse relationship between antibody levels and post challenge infection.
By comparison, in the MS patients a positive trend was only identified between NPF and right IJV-CSA at C5-C6 (r = 0.351, p = 0.021).
ΔGPEET produced salivary gland infections in fewer flies (10.7% infection, TI = 20.5%); the difference to the wild type was slightly significant statistically (p = 0.021).
Approaching significance at p = .021, older women tended to rate the nouns as more positive than older men ( Table 3 ).
The memory advantage for European faces was 11% (on Hits – False Alarms measure), and with N = 25 this difference was only modestly significant (p = .021).
While a marginally insignificant positive correlation with high heterogeneity ( I 2 = 52.50%, P = 0.021) was noted (OR, 1.01; 95%CI 0.58 to 1.43) ( Fig 2 ).
These findings are highly significant ( p = 0.021 and 0.0058 for the POPMUSIC and I-MUTANT analysis, respectively).
The association was nominally significant (p = 0.021) but did not withstand the Bonferroni correction for multiple testing ( Table 3 ).
However, neither Tajima's nor Fu & Li's tests provided evidence of departures from neutrality and calculations of the McDonald-Kreitman test identified only marginally significant departures in French Guiana ( P = 0.022) and in Senegal ( P = 0.010).
Analysis of the M100 amplitudes revealed a weakly significant main effect of frequency in which higher frequencies have larger amplitudes ( F (5,88) = 2.79; p = 0.022), no main effect for signal type ( F (1,88) = 0.54; p = 0.46), and a significant interaction between frequency and signal type ( F (5,88) = 5.82; p <0.0001).
However, a disease-sex interaction approaching significance was observed for molecules associated with fatty acid metabolism and hormone production ( P = 0.022; q = 0.132) ( Figure 2 ).
When the same analysis was done for each tumour stage separately, a borderline significant correlation between the 16p13.3 alteration and disease recurrence was only observed in stage II tumours (*P = 0.022) (Figures B-D in S6 File ).
showed a trendP = 0.022
The patient bearing the combining signatures showed a trend toward shorter OS ( P = 0.022, Fig. 2C ) and EFS ( P = 0.07, Fig. 2D ) than other patients.
reported nominally significant associations between rs667282 and CPD in a study of 3 725 smokers in a Chinese population ( P = 0.022) [14] .

Creatinine was also positively correlated to VH reaching a borderline significance (r = 0.61; p = 0.022).
Post-hoc tests using the Bonferroni correction revealed that for the group without experience with the horse-riding dance, only RTs for MP5 showed significant or marginally significant differences from all the other MPs ( p = .022 for MP1, p = .052 for MP4, p = .001 for MP8; MP1, 382.88ms; MP4, 377.71ms; MP5, 396.51ms; MP8, 364.52ms), whereas the other three MPs did not.
However, despite no macroscopic frontal and/or temporal atrophy on MRI being determined by neuroradiologist, the four cases of possible bvFTD displayed a slightly significant cortical thinning compared with controls (p=0.022 on Student’s t-test).
In this model the term for acetamiprid/thiacloprid was highly significant (p = 0.02229).
