At young age, AADs showed a weak trend of condensation in SIRT6 TG compared to WT mice.
At young age, AADs showed a weak trend of condensation in SIRT6 TG compared to WT mice.
Besides, a strong enrichment in average total household income and Townsend deprivation index were observed for COPD-associated proteins, which remained highly significant even after considering top proteins in the PANEL-adjusted model (OR = 23.52, 12.94 FDR = 2.52E-9, 6.09E-5, Supplementary Data 13 ).
Moreover, a decreasing trend in the protein levels of genes that are involved in valine catabolism was validated in the hearts of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (Fig. 1d, e and Supplementary Table 1 ).
Notably, when assessing the preference for specific amino acids, we observed a marked trend towards Aspartic acid [D] and Phenylalanine [F], which were favored in 12.5% of cases, closely followed by Asparagine and Cysteine, each accounting for 11.5% of the substitutions.
Overall, we observe a decreasing trend of −2.95 ± 0.23 cm −3 /decade in the global ocean mean of N d (Fig. 1 c), or roughly 5%/decade in relative terms 28 .
The trend of SH may be driven by an increase in natural emissions, as suggested by positive trends of aerosol loading and N d over remote oceans, and a negative trend in parts of coastal regions (Figs. 1 and S2 ).
Complementarily, leaf photosynthetic capacity, which provides the carbon source for root exudation, has also been shown to exhibit an increasing trend along the evolutionary axis 45 .
Bulk RNA-seq analysis of LES showed that the expression of Cd79a, Cd19 and other immunoglobulin-related proteins exhibited an increasing trend in Fam129c -mut mice compared to WT controls (Fig. 3A ).
In the non-European cohorts, 139 associations (across 57 loci) reached nominal significance in UKBEAS, and 126 associations (across 37 loci) were nominally significant in UKBAFR.
We found a decreasing trend in CHAT interneurons in the human striatum compared to other species in our dataset (Fig. 5B ).
While neuronal proportions were similar between human-chimpanzee, macaque and marmoset neuronal proportions were greater than human with either statistical significance or a strong trend (Supplementary Data 2 and Fig. 2A ).
In the reanalysis, TVN batch correction was validated by analysis-of-variance (ANOVA) F -test for batch-associated variation, with p -values increasing from highly significant levels (10 −3 for interphase) to non-significant levels (0.52), confirming successful removal of technical variation (Fig. 3d ).
In contrast, GO terms related to neuroinflammation, neuronal death, neurogenesis, and gliogenesis showed a positive trend in MTLE.
Most GO terms associated with neurotransmission, ion channels, and synaptic plasticity, except for the kainate receptor GO term, exhibited a negative trend in MTLE.
In contrast to lever pressing, significant decreases in the number of nose pokes to the reward delivery port were observed in the devalued condition for all groups, except for the first test of the VI + VI group, which exhibited a nonsignificant trend toward reduction.
Interestingly, sg Tasp1 clones showed a trend toward reduced SBS levels after cisplatin, although the difference was not statistically significant (Fig. 5c ).
Therefore, as long as there is an overall trend in the TCR data that pMTnet-omni and our biomarker approach can capture, our biomarker calculation would be successful.
There is an increasing trend in the correlations with more training points.
In the LFY section, although overall variability is limited, event samples define a clear trend along an oblique line between terrestrial source rocks (0.11 ± 0.10 ‰), marine carbonate (0.06 ± 0.08 ‰), and volcanic Δ 199 Hg (0.03 ± 0.05 ‰) values, indicating a volcanic signature.
Meanwhile, as the temperature decreases, the proportion of AGG in both electrolytes shows an increasing trend.
The serum levels of IgG, ASMA and ANA also showed an increasing trend (Supplementary Fig. 1c–g ).
All effects were highly significant after the removal of any given acquisition site.
Discussion An apparent trend is also clear when comparing data of nanostructures with similar filling factors but different periods: at short distances, the shorter the grating period the larger the enhancement of the Casimir pressure with respect to the PFA, while at large distances, the opposite happens—shorter period leads to a stronger reduction of the Casimir force.
An interesting trend is also observed for the and combination for the scales chosen with the same criterion: while the former sum can be relatively flexible, the latter is almost constant, and the maximum is observed for values of and both equal to 1 ( Fig. 3b ).
BRCA2 and RB1CC1 were near significance.
