The average EPSC sCRACM from LM to V1 L2/3 PCs showed a decreasing trend after the visual experience but did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 5A , middle and Supplementary Data).

A clear trend emerges: the decay of Cu 6 -THF (Fig. 5e ) is significantly slower than that of Cu 6 -DCM (Fig. 5g ), while Cu 6 -AC (Fig. 5f ) shows intermediate behavior.

The chromosome 2 variant rs35203651 was also nominally significant in the European subgroup replication.

At the gene level, we identified six (four with borderline significance) susceptibility CS-related genes, including FCN1 , which is expressed in leukocytes and involved in elastin-binding 21 , 22 ; PLAT converts plasminogen into plasmin, crucial in cell migration and tissue remodeling/degradation 23 ; CD46 protects host cells from complement self-cell damage 24 , 25 ; F2RL2 is key in thrombosis 26 ; VTN promotes cell adhesion 27 and inhibits the MAC 28 ; and A2M , which works as a protease inhibitor 29 , 30 .

This transition arose as the halosteric height maintained a positive trend throughout the 2011–2025 period, while the thermosteric height rebounded from its decline in response to the 2012–2025 convective cycle’s phase change (Fig. 2 ).

FACS-based quantification of different immune cell compartments showed a significant increase in CD45 + cells and a strong trend toward a decrease in dendritic cells for Pdgfb ret/ret tumors (Fig.

5C ), a proxy for addition of sediment-derived melts 42 , 68 , defining a positive trend.

These increases were preferentially more medially distributed and showed a trend toward the anterior portions of the striatum.

Since the associations at this locus were highly significant, we looked for variants that might affect protein structure and function.

Sedimentary archives from the ECS reveal a striking divergence: while δ 13 C org exhibits an increasing trend, 10 of 13 cores show coherent declines in δ 15 N from the early 1900s to present, with an average rate of −1.09 ± 0.48‰ per century (Supplementary Figs. 8 and 9a–b ).

Conversely, a weak trend between MW and toxicity suggests that heavier compounds are less toxic.

In contrast to the climate models, historical observations suggest that the ITF transport showed no significant trend during the past century or even an increasing trend during the recent decades when the ocean has been rapidly warming 11 , 30 , 31 , 33 , 34 .

Many of the genes involved in the 50 highest ranking triples have already been linked to AML in the literature (see SI for Table S3 for a list of highly significant triples and Table S4 with links to the literature associating the involved genes with AML).

Subperiod-specific, pooled RRs at the 99th percentile of daily warm-season temperatures showed a negative trend over the study period (Fig. 2c ), suggesting a decreasing vulnerability of the German population to heat over time.

Among the 2465 CHIP variable-protein pairs being compared (493 proteins × 5 CHIP variables [ DNMT3A, TET2, ASXL1, JAK2 , and composite CHIP]), 30.8% was nominally significant in at least one of the SomaScan-based and Olink-based results.

The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) of 50 μm Li||Ni92 cells at different state of charges (SOCs) shows that the cell with the GMFN shows a decreasing trend of impedance from the 1 st to 10 th cycle (Supplementary Fig. 35 ).

The numbers of CD69 + tissue resident memory T cells (Trm) did not change significantly, but showed a trend towards an increase when co-cultured with SGE-stimulated moLCs similar to what we previously observed in an experimental tick bite model 5 .

Systematic optimization across a temperature range of 800–1300 °C revealed a clear trend in phase evolution.
