The carcinogen metabolism genes, GSTM1, GSTM2 , and GSTM4 are also located in this region and our eQTL analysis of breast tumor revealed highly significant associations between rs17024629 and these genes.

an overall trendgold
It was difficult to quantify this improvement based on data recorded in the caregiver diary for most cases, but an overall trend towards an increase in the number of hours of sleep per night can be observed, and for Subject 2, the improvement in sleep quantity was dramatic (Fig. 4d ).
IFN mRNA levels showed a trend of returning to basal levels after 72 h.
Investigation of foreshock activity revealed a decreasing trend of b value toward the mainshock (Fig. 3a, b ).
While Nec-1f did not alter the rate at which neutrophils were recruited to the graft, we observed significant increases in their rolling velocities, highly significant decreases in their density, and highly significant reductions in their extravasation when compared to grafts that were transplanted into control recipients.
Consistent with this hypothesis, although all three classes of genetic architecture consistently showed a highly significant PB-LEV correlation throughout the simulations, the genetic architecture consistent with negative selection was more enriched for higher-significance PB-LEV correlation than the (neutral) polygenic genetic architecture (Fig. 5a ).
However, the scale of time saving by the use of SHE may be significant in some special clinical situations such as multiple peripheral nerve damage in cases of extensive limb injury or even limb mutilation.
Looking for the subset of these phenotypes available in our scan of Thr95Ile, we do find a nominally significant increase in BMD but no detectable increase in MCH or erythrocyte distribution width.

The progressive implementation of restrictions with spatially and temporally heterogeneous applications (see Table 1 ) between October 14 and November 6 (day of introduction of tiers) induced a clear trend of decline of human activities, with a decrease in the number of visitors in locations outside the residential settings and an increase in the time spent at home (Fig. 1 ).
Indeed, we found significantly lower levels of β-coronavirus specific antibodies in infected children than adults, and there was a significant trend for both increased SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell responses and OC43-specific IgG with increasing age.
Recently, similar results were found in healthy adults as HKU-1 IgG showed an increasing trend with SARS-CoV-2 specific T cell responses of memory phenotype in uninfected adults 15 .
It is to note that in those who had the virus, but not in the others, highly significant positive correlations were present among the percentage of LDN (boxed in green in the first column) among mononuclear cells and plasma levels of molecules such as CCL2, CCL3, CCL4, CCL-5, CCL11, CCL19, CD40L, CXCL1, CXCL2, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-10, IL-13, IL-17E, IL-33, PDGF-AA, PDGF-AB/BB, EGF, IFN-α, and IFN-γ.
The observed differences in mean slopes and the slope distributions of all periods are statistically highly significant (Supplementary Table 3 ).
No gene had more than one rare, recessive genotype, and no other single gene approached significance in analyzing the burden of rare, damaging alleles in cases.
This difference between AGREDA and AGORA is highly significant (Fisher test p value: 1.55 × 10 −4 vs 0.1892, respectively).
For example, ensuring connectivity to habitats with higher mean temperature or temperature variation can promote an influx of species or genotypes that can cope with an increasing trend in temperature by maintaining the local trait variation of temperature optima.

9 ; see the “Methods” section), we observed a clear trend in which conserved COPs generally have higher AUCs across molecular features than tissue-specific or unique COPs (Supplementary Fig. 10 ).
Furthermore, in Arabidopsis , cis -(+)-12-oxo phytodienoic acid (OPDA) and 10-oxo dinor -phytodienoic acid ( dn )-OPDA were not significantly affected and even showed a trend of increase at warm temperature like the expression of the regulatory enzymes (Supplementary Fig. 15a, b ).
To address whether mTOR signalling correlated with the expression of mitochondrial proteins in human tumour material, tumour TMAs were probed with antibodies directed against phosphorylated rpS6 and SDH and the data show a highly significant positive correlation (Fig. 5m ).
The core 2 depletion was noted as a nonsignificant trend in the original publication; we identified the specific core 2-type substructure depleted in tumors using substructure decomposition.
Additionally, an LDA analysis of T cell progenitor frequency performed with DL4-μbeads or DL4-Fc adsorbed at 3 and 9 μg/mL showed a trend for a higher frequency outcome when assayed on DL4-μbeads (Fig. 2b and Supplementary Table 2 ).
A large and nominally significant proportion (45%) of AUD and DPW-associated SNPs were within intronic, UTR and non-coding regions of the genome (Supplementary Fig. 6 ).
During early phase (0–4 hpi), since a small number of genes were marginally significant, genes with q < 0.1 and |log 2 (expression fold change)| > 1.5 were determined as DEGs.
We show, at the global scale, that the energy demand trends for the next two decades are robust because all thirty CMIP5 simulations project a decreasing trend in heating and an increasing trend in cooling.
Furthermore, available single-cell datasets from multiple studies 15 , 24 , 42 , 45 , showed that DLK1 expression in LEY and MYD follows a decreasing trend from the neonatal to the prepubertal and adult stages.
