In neuronal network 5, prediction of elbow movements just missed significance and in neuronal network 9, only prediction of shoulder movements in the irregular context was significant.

Our reanalysis of these published data indeed identifies only a weak trend (Supplementary Fig. 13a–c ), with CTCF-associated signal relatively more prominent than transcription-associated signal than it is in our CC-seq libraries (Supplementary Fig. 13d–e ).

It reveals an increasing trend of lattice strain attributed to the microstructural evolution following In doping and prolonged sintering time, consistent with TEM observations and GPA analysis.

Set 3 showed only a positive trend, likely due to a smaller number of patients who took part in the third task version and consequently the smaller number of face contacts included in this set ( p = 0.24).

Discussion Four out of six measures of complexity (range, polarization) and organization (smoothness, clustering) show an increasing trend in synapsids (Fig. 3 ), supporting previous qualitative and quantitative studies 30 – 33 .

Furthermore, taking the pool sizes of different carbon sources into account, the model was able to predict a decreasing trend in power output with increasing durations, that was consistent with the trend for world-record running speeds.

Single, double and triple asterisks represent P ≤ 0.05, 0.01, and 0.001, respectively, wherein * P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant and ** P < 0.01 was extremely significant.

Copy number losses on chromosomes 9 and 11 occurred only in KPTC mice (Fisher’s exact test, two-sided p value: 0.06)—a borderline significant result, likely due to our small sample size.

The total C 2 product and ethylene FEs on both Ag-doped Cu and Cu GDEs exhibited an increasing trend with increased applied potentials.

‘Species’ as a factor explained highly significant amounts of variance on one or more morphological and also on one or more genomic PC axes within each lacustrine radiation except for the genomic PCA of the large-tooth serranochromines, but sample sizes of the latter were small (Supplementary Fig. 4 , Supplementary Note 3 ).

The histology score for the PBP8 CsgA-TFF3 group was the lowest of all the groups that received DSS, though the difference was not quite significant according to our scoring and statistics criteria.

IF performed on cryostat liver sections, obtained from the same mice confirmed the presence of these cells in the margins of micrometastases in all groups and showed a trend toward reduced accumulation in OVX mice (Fig. 5b ).

Strikingly, the opposite trend was observed with LATS2, where high LATS2 mRNA levels correlated with better survival in HCC patients, although with marginal significance (Supplementary Fig. 1i, j ).

Remarkably, the severity of root gall symptoms exhibited an increasing trend with an increase in the dilution level under conditions of M. incognita infection (Fig. 3f–h and Supplementary Fig. 5c ).

In total, 726 unique lnc-eGenes whose eQTLs in liver are colocalized with at least one nominally significant GWAS SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) were identified (Supplementary Data 1 ), suggesting their expression in liver are potentially associated with cardiometabolic traits.

However, when assessing neuronal activation in the granule cell layer of the DG during memory retrieval we found that 4D-treated mice displayed a clear trend of decreased density of c-Fos+ cells relative to controls (4D vs.

A highly significant correlation between them was found.

Instead of rapid ATP depletion, these mice showed a trend toward normalization after P34 (Fig. 1f ).

The decreased energy expenditure remained highly significant also after treating body weight as a covariate.

In contrast, the equilibrium potential for OER exhibits a decreasing trend with a slope of −59 mV pH −1 , starting from U SHE (theoretical SHE potential) = 1.23 V and pH = 0 (ref. 60 ).

Deep sequencing analysis from the clindamycin selection reveals a densely connected network of winning genotypes, which display an overall trend of positive epistasis, suggesting the importance of epistatic interactions in evolving ribosome function.

Additionally, basin-dependent changes in TCGF have been observed in response to GW 20 – 22 , with the NA TCGF experiencing an upward trend, whereas the WNP TCGF shows a decreasing trend (Supplementary Fig. 6a ).

Our results also show a decreasing trend in rice paddy area in monsoon Asia since 2007, which suggests that the change in rice paddy area could not be one of the major drivers for the renewed XCH 4 growth, thus other sources and sinks should be further investigated.

The interannual variations in XCH 4 in the rice paddy-dominated areas of monsoon Asia, China, and India were relatively stable during 2003–2006, but changed into an increasing trend beginning in 2007 (Fig. 5 ), which agreed well with the trends of global XCH 4 1 .
