The remaining two variants were nominally significant in our study (Supplementary Data 3 ).
Excerpts
The phosphosites associated with membrane trafficking showed an increasing trend in late-stage tumors (Fig. 6g ).
Interestingly, histological analyses of iLNs of BPA +/+ mice at maximum tolerated tumor size (59 days versus 42 days of BPA −/− ) showed a trend of increase in the pigmented areas of BPA +/+ similar, yet lower than that observed in BPA −/− mice (Fig. 4a–d ).
However, there was a highly significant increase in IFNγ-producing CD4 + T cells directed against HBV within the liver (Supplementary Fig. 1r ).
With increasing dendrimer generations, the modified NADH molecules became larger and the measured K M values followed an increasing trend, although there were no significant differences between AdhD-SP free and AdhD-SP encapsulated in the three different particle morphologies.
Furthermore, a similar temporal pattern of total plant taxa richness was obtained when analysing the data before taxonomic assignment and the data containing all terrestrial seed plant sequences (Methods), as indicated by the highly significant correlations of these time-series with total plant taxa richness (Supplementary Table 1 ).
a negative trendgold
Over the past four decades, the increased heat gain in the southwestern Barents Sea through AW inflow was not compensated by surface heat loss, which had a negative trend (Fig. 1c ), resulting in a strong ocean warming trend (Fig. 3a ).
Although correlations between SAM and SFRs are hardly significant on monthly time scales (Supplementary Table 1 ), the low-pass filtered time series share similar features and covary with a maximum at 11 months lag ( r = 0.70, r = 0.52 after trend removal, Supplementary Fig. 1 ).
The intercalation energies showed an increasing trend as the intercalation stage increased from Stage 1 to Stage 3: −2.46, −2.445, and −2.292 eV, respectively, because of ion repulsion between the intercalants.
near-significantgold
The significance of the MSH3 -related locus—and the likely large effect that it exerts—are further supported by the near-significant effect that was observed in an even smaller-sized sample of HD patients ( n = 218; TRACK-HD cohort) 16 .
a clear trendgold
There is also a clear trend that the larger species formed during the recombination process have a longer lifetime than the smaller isoelectric species, which indicates that they are more stable in (i.e., they are more resistance to) an oxidative environment.
Some skeletal muscles showed a trend in decreasing mutant mtDNA (TA, gastrocnemius at 24 weeks PI), but results did not reach significance (Fig. 4b ).
extremely significantqualified
p < 0.05 is considered to be statistically significant and p < 0.01 is extremely significant.
The AF for SH showed an increasing trend from south to north in the eastern U.S., whereas in the western U.S., the AF for SH was lower in counties in coastal states than in counties in interior states (Fig. 3b ).
a clear trendgold
Population genomic analyses of these genomes identify a set of improved landraces (ILs), notable for their obviously contributions as elite germplasm for modern peach breeding worldwide, and our analyses show a clear trend of eastward dispersal of these landraces in the historical period before formal modern peach breeding was initiated.
In addition, recent studies have suggested that the strength of the terrestrial carbon sink might be shifting from an increasing to a decreasing trend 6 , 37 , 38 .
None of these variants were genome-wide significant in our data, but 8/11 showed nominally significant association p values, with the allele decreasing serum B12 levels consistently also increasing the risk of pernicious anemia (Supplementary Data 5 ).
a small trendgold
A few areas appear to have experienced a small trend over 1993–2015, mainly in the mid to high latitudes: e.g., the west coast of North America, Northern Europe, most of South America, and South Asia.
Our results show an increasing trend in overtopping, resulting in almost a factor 1.5 increase in globally aggregated annual overtopping hours from 1993 to 2015.
As mentioned previously for the rat model, adhesion coverage also shows a decreasing trend from 3 to 6 weeks in the porcine model, which is commonly observed in patients.
an overall trendgold
Single-cell enrichment analysis of deleterious gDNMs in BD The above analysis integrating transcriptome data of bulk tissues showed an overall trend that the genes hit by deleterious gDNMs in BD are enriched for brain-expressed genes with a prenatal bias; however, we could not specify single brain regions with robust significance.
However, this result contrasts with recent results showing that tyrannosaur juveniles outcompeted smaller theropods 109 , although we estimated marginally non-significant competition in North American carnivores (tyrannosaurs over dromaeosaurs; Supplementary Table 3 ).
Unsurprisingly, Chlamydiaceae show a highly significant association with animal host-associated microbiomes (Fig. 6b ).
At 6–8 weeks post TAM, LOH tumors showed a trend toward increased tumor numbers and significant increases in tumor size compared to both “no LOH” control groups (Fig. 1c, d ).
an overall trendgold
It was difficult to quantify this improvement based on data recorded in the caregiver diary for most cases, but an overall trend towards an increase in the number of hours of sleep per night can be observed, and for Subject 2, the improvement in sleep quantity was dramatic (Fig. 4d ).
